I shop harbor freight regularly. New Albany HF is 30 min +/- but I make the drive because I normally receive good service. On Memorial Day 2023 I made that 30 mile trip to spend a couple hundred dollars on tools. The tools I wanted wasn’t in stock. Not a huge problems, it happens. But when I asked a sales associate about said tools I received a short answer as she was walking away. Very uncalled for, I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

They have a lot of what you need with the upgrade of tools is nice. HF used to mean cheap tools cheap. But now while they still have cheap tools they also have medium grade and professional grade also which is nice. I can still purchase "loaner tools" and keep the good stuff for me. If only all of this supply issues would go away and they start having what's on sale.

Very polite and friendly workers. They're always ready to help if you need it first they ask if there is anything they can help you with. My husband is a regular customer and they have always treated him right. We'll be back!!

Chealsea is awesome sales manager but she can't sell products if she can't order them for her customers and for the store to have in stock for next time... Why advertise and showcase something the customer can't buy.
