Best experience ever!! Don’t remember the guys name that helped me but he’s the absolute best. He was so polite and went above and beyond to make sure my situation was taken care of before I left the store so I didn’t have to make another trip there to resolve it.

The lady that helped me went above and beyond to settle my situation. She deserves a raise for all she had to do that day. She remained professional throughout the entire ordeal even when the other company representatives did not. If I still had a business I'd hire her In a heartbeat.

Verizon needs to give Justin Mills a raise. He helped me get into my Verizon acct app. where nobody else could help me at the other stores. I was about to drop Verizon but he saved them 1 customer. TY Justin
