I will never understand why the ladies are so rude even when you ask the simplest question and I can call about my medicine and they don’t care to belp but if I ask for the gentleman there he is always very helpful and always goes out of his way to help the customers

One star is an absolute overestimate. The amount of times I have waited in line for an rx to not be filled (that was sent HOURS prior) is absurd. this specific time I called ahead of time to let them know I would be there in 30 minutes and they said my rx would be ready. We get there and they tell me it’s gonna be another hour. Note my rx was sent in 2 hours prior to me calling. Got to the window and refused to circle around and they threatened to call the cops. We sat there for another 10 minutes and called another pharmacy to fill my meds. by the time we left my meds were ready but I had already called another pharmacy to have them filled. This was my last straw with new Albany Walgreens. So rude, unprofessional, and SLOW.

The wait at the drive through is ridiculous. It isn't as though there are 10 cars at any given time. They are just so slow. It is ridiculous that people wait in line for an hour

Great pit stop for healthy snacks on my road-trip. I got 2 larabars and a rebbl protein drink. Very clear store and restrooms were also very clean.
