Factory Connection was wonderful. The staff were friendly, helpful and super polite. Customers found incredible bargains and comparable prices. The great selection of styles and sizes was there. The racks were spaced out for good movement. Talkative ladies and professional individuals wanted to help. The store's was friendly and customers loves the shopping experience. They were super friendly and helpful today.

There were two ladies in today because the store's new manager wasn't starting there till Monday but my shopping experience was great. They were super friendly and talkative and wanted to help a little too much ☺ but it's what the city of Newton needs. Friendly, polite, professional individuals that loves their customers.
