Terrible cheap furniture! The recliner has caused my hips to be uneven which has caused me horrible pain and now I cant sit for long or walk. This recliner is hard as a rock after 2 weeks. All support is gone all cushiony is gone and back cushion has separated so it has a big indention in the back of the seating. Ive asked for this item to be picked up several times and its still in my house. I want it picked up.

Y'all should've seen Nick, the store manager, when I worked there. Threw a giant hissy fit and just shoved a couch because his directions were too confusing. He legit grit his teeth and yelled "I effing hate doing things twice" then shoved the couch. Literally have never ever seen a grown man act like that before.Don't ever work for him neither. He owed me money on my last check and Nick is guilty of wage theft. Other people deserve to know! And I have stories about some of the other things he made me do to customers. Like he made me deliver furniture infested with roaches to an old man on disability. We picked up one couch fromlady before delivering to this old man, and after telling them that I didn't feel right doing this, cuz the lady's couch had roaches, now the old man's bed does. They were both on the same truck. I was just told "The bed has to be delivered today." Probably the worst thing I've done to someone at a job.Nick is literally the worst boss I've ever had. I'd still be at Aaron's if not for him. I was a great worker. Showed up early every single day. Got my deliveries done without damaging anyone's home or property. I was actually proud of my work. Until Nick threatened to mess with my wages, then he finally did. I had to call his boss to get my money.

Bought a washer and started having issues with it. Called Aarons they had Fred come out to fix it. It took a while so we had them pick up the broken washer and drop off a loaner. Fred went to the Aarons on Bienville and fixed the washer. Aarons brought the washer back and reinstalled it. I must say they were very friendly and helpful. Until it broke again. They had Fred the repair man call again. It took 3 weeks before he responded my call for help. Fred called with a major attitude. Said oh yea that's the washer you complained about and there was nothing wrong with it. He finally came out ran the washer for 2 minutes and it didn't make the noise. It only makes the noise during the aggitating process. He said I will order parts and be back to fix it. A little over a week makes an appointment for Monday no call no show. He called yesterday told him that someone would be home about 3:45. He came a little earlier when my grandchildren were home. No adult present he insisted on coming in to work on the washer. She told him he would have to wait for her aunt and meanwhile he's cursing a and swearing to my grandchildren. Once my daughter was home he replace parts on the washer. My daughter called to complain once again about his attitude and the manager on the line tell her well you owe 14.00. No the price of the extended warranty is 9.99. Did you notice I didn't say repair right? Well that's because the noise is now worse than ever. Never again.will I deal with them. Truly very upset. I paid all of my payments on the washer and finally own a broken noisy washer.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend, I completed my payments & not even 60 days later my $1000 washer stopped draining, I called to get some assistance, considering that they offer a 60 extended warranty on my products, of course they didn’t honor the warranty. I spoke with a man and lady at the ocean springs location & neither seem to care about the fact that I needed assistance with something I already paid off. I guess because no commission is being made they truly didn’t care. I love my dryer and washer but the service Aaron’s has as a company is horrible. Consider different financial companies that actual mean what they say and say what they do. Go through the company directly (Samsung, or any other providers) everything isn’t always about getting money that second because if I would’ve been honored my warranty, I would’ve definitely been a repeat customer. Thanx for the 12 months.

It's a good place for those who don't have the money to buy the stuff up front but do you end up paying more for it in the long run. We bought a TV that was originally like $350 and we ended up paying like $1,000 for it over time. So it's good in some ways and bad in some ways. If you're low on money but can make down payments every month then this is the place for you but if you already have the money saved up and can buy it out right then don't go here

I’m very angry at Aaron’s because they wouldn’t let me return a product before the 90 days return policy was up and the brand of the product was a cheap quality for the amount of money I’m paying for it and they refuse bluntly and strongly that they wouldn’t take the item back even if it’s within the 90 day return policy. Don’t shop here they are other better places to go.
