“Great place to live, but, the front entrance needs fixed badly. The concrete is busted up so bad that it jars you when coming in to the apartments. Also, the gates are broken again.”

She showed me all the amenities with enthusiasm - which I haven't seen in other communities. The apartments and grounds were well kept, clean and beautiful. Thanks Cora.”
“Bethany is very prompt in getting maintenance to my apartment if I have a problem. She is very conscientious when it comes to the property or resident concerns. Jamie came in today to remove the borrowed air conditioner from when my units were not working. He is always very friendly, prompt and very helpful when he is called for a maintenance issue.”

“This place was a life saver at a very difficult time. The management was always kind, prompt, and courteous. It was the least expensive place I could find. I had to leave, because the rent went up, but it was a nice location only a mile from the beach. Lots of families and pet friendly.”

“I’ve been in my very first apartment for it would have been 4 years Oct. I feel on hard times with my health and I haven’t been able to work. So I get assistance while I wait for benefits to start. I’m confused because it was the greatest feeling to be able to afford a nice environment for living in these hard times not just for myself. Well, that’s how our relationship started. With all the lost of money orders, 3day notices because government assistance has set days and if it falls on holidays it can be delays(which Mrs Tracy stated I wouldn’t have to worry about that ever) and due to me getting assistance I’m charged $100 more for rent, my late fees for a 35.00 water bill is 96$. It’s constantly harassment. But I’m always Okgrateful so I don’t complain and God provides a way. Recently this year my health took about leap. I received another diagnosis, and I was involved in a stalking situation where my apartment was vandalized. Which I reported to police, obtain a restraining order and order of protection and I had to pay for damages. Tracy told me my neighbors signed a letter stating the individual was living with me, and she gave him correspondence to my apartment which I had no knowledge of. Since then the harassment has heightened. I’m still surviving. Also recently we had the water meters replaced in each unit. Well some how when they replaced mines, a valve broke. On my portal I’m being charged for those damages. But the new Manager (make) told me just continue to pay my portion. It will come off. Now my washer hasn’t been working for over a month now, and honestly I’m ok because I’m able to go to laundry place to wash. I was told they were backed up. My upstairs neighbors have been going through some things and the noise and stumping has damaged small appliances, pictures on the walls, and even two flat screens televisions. Still being grateful. I maintain. I’m posting this because another situation with Mrs Tracy Newton has surfaced. I’ve left several messages, emails and have been to the office. So I’m on the website and I see corporate is responding to these reviews, so I thought I’ll put my concerns on here as well. Remind you this is my attempt to fight for my apartment because I honestly love it here despite everything. So this is my leap of faith please.”
