My sole purpose today was to see if I could make a miracle happen. My damaged phone is beyond repair, and I came here to see if I could pick up a replacement device using my Asurion claim. The guys at the counter couldn't help much but offer to let me use the desk phone to contact the insurer after about a 20 minute call and an indefinite answer from them I hang the phone up and decided to call again later. The guys at the desk kept a great attitude and provided excellent service to not only me, but every customer who stepped through the door.

Went into the store to troubleshoot my iPhone since it was locked for several days and no one would help me anywhere. I went to the AT&T in Bienville and they had my phone fixed for FREE in almost no time. The manager Gianna was extremely helpful and the staff were friendly and great. I will do all my business there. Thank you .

The two employees were very kind during the entire 2.5 hours I was there trying to purchase a new iPad. When I arrived there was one gentleman in front of me. I explained what I was looking for and the employee told me she could see what they had in the back. While I was waiting, she helped three other customers - 30 minutes!!! She brought out 1 for me to see. The entire time she is helping other people. When I decide on the ONE she brought out, she quickly rings it up and gets my payment - she never handed me the receipt (I found it in the box when I got home) she then started an update on the iPad - I sat there while the wheels turned for a good hour before the guy at the store looked at the screen and said it was stuck. It then took another 30 minutes to stop and restart the download. Keep in mind they are helping other customers the entire time this is going on. They even joked about the time I had been in the store - when I got home I had an email thanking me for opening another line and giving me the new information. I didn’t go in there for a new line, I went in there for a new iPad and having it replace the old one on the old line. She also said that it was her store policy that I buy the insurance and I can cancel it after 14 days if I don’t want it. I’m not stupid and I know that they are paid commission on all these products - but I find it very unethical when you tell people you require them to purchase a product they don’t want or need and you add a line that wasn’t needed and then don’t go over what you did on my account before I leave the store. Now I will have to explain to customer service what happened and try and get all this fixed - I am going to guess that this will take another 2.5 hours to fix!!!

I went to the AT&T store today, February 17, 2024. The individual who worked on my phone did not have the proper attention span for the work he performed. I wish he would’ve focused more on my phone instead of the unprofessional conversations he was having with his fellow coworkers. I lost three hours watching him. make mistake after mistake and eventually, I had to go to work. Very unprofessional environment.

The representatives at this store and their managers are amazing!! They're well educated and work their hardest to accomplish what you come in for. I couldn't ask for a better experience. They're friendly and love chatting and joking with customers. They make what can normally be stressful and make it fun and relaxing. This is the at&t to visit if you need help or want to start new service.

Store employees play to much. Very unprofessional work environment. Throwing around cuss words and talking about the lack of effort they put into work orders with manager right there. Definitely makes me regret our decision to go with AT&T. We have had zero communication in over a week.

We went to the store to trade in the phone and the original customer rep who had an attitude like she didn’t want to be at work used the wrong number for the trade in. We went back to the store to get the issue fixed and everyone in the store acted like they didn’t know how to fix the issue. We spoke with a customer rep named Giana who seemed to be the most helpful and said she would handle and cancel out the original trade in and correct the issue and put it on the correct number. After a couple days NOTHING was done per the att customer service 800#We were lied too and now our bill is messed up. Att hire people who want to be at work and trained to do their job! This is why nobody likes going into the store because all the sales people concern is selling and upgrading instead of taking their time and fixing issues they created. Will not be going back to this location

I switched to AT&T fiber optics high speed internet 6 weeks ago and have had nothing but trouble. We lose internet service between 8pm and midnight, for 2 to 3 hours, every day. We've had multiple tech visits, multiple chats and phone calls in just 6 weeks and no one can fix the problem. Amazing, truly...one of the largest communication companies and no one will communicate with me. #disappointed

Yall about to have a field day with me on this transaction.. Me and my mom came to get a iphone 14 bundle promo. Said free iphone on us with new activation new customer only. The guy name is RAY. i told him we wanna port mom number out get the free iphone with 3 year contract. We said we saw something $35-45 promo. This guy decides not to tell us that plan is not available or there's no such plan he said oh i just need your account or email for your att home internet. From there he signed us up for what he thinks is best for my mom. LOL My mom has been on a prepaid plan (att prepaid) for years she said she wants to go postpaid. RAY signed us up didnt go over any of plan or not to mention he added $17 insurance that we didnt kno about until we registed the account and to top it off it wasnt even bundled. He put my mom on a 36 months payment plan... SMH We came to the store 4 times already. Ray decided his day off is tomo and told us come back tommorow District Manager got you!!! Next day we come back... Ray off today.. "new phone whos this?" Oh ray off today...." what district manager?" Ill stop there i can keep going LOL
