“***edit*** Hancock reached out and I appreciate that. Hopefully they follow through and I can change to 5 stars!I rarely give bad reviews but maybe things will change if they get enough. No matter the transaction time the wait is minimum 10-15 minutes in the drive through. Waited 15 minutes to cash an $80 check. Never cashed it. Went to Hancock downtown.”
