“Mrs Lindsey is, not only and exemplary employee,, but this establishment should be so SO proud to have her on the team.
Mr.Jimmy, the gentleman in the middle desk on 10-28-24, needs to take lessons from her, he seemed like he was upset with me that he had to work on monday morning,, or like I wasn’t on his level because there was $3.44 cents in my account, saying “ if his account is negative,, he definitely ain’t getting to close it” (in a smart as tone like he knows me at all, like I couldn’t just transfer money and get the account current.
I’m not going to go into why I am closing my account because that is my fault that I have to do it. I don’t deny that.
But I service customers every day just like that gentleman, and it’s not hard to be nice. I would never ever treat a customer the way he just made me feel.
Remember Mr.Jjimmy, you never know what someone is going through, just like I don’t know what you are going through, but that doesn’t give me justification to make someone else feel bad or less, and I’m sure it wasn’t your intention and I understand that we all have bad days.
Mrs.Lindsey saved this from a 1 star review because I was on my last never with the Franchise( mainly the lucedale Branch bc I’ve been pleasing for help for weeks and couldn’t even get a call back last Friday)

“0/5 Navy Federal is horrible. I drove 3 hours and the tellers are getting worse and worse!!!! Very prejudice!!!
Atm machine is down and they will not give you more than $3000 on the inside of this branch which is ridiculous. Navy Federal is falling off. Why do you want to hold our money. A branch manager in a light blue blazer told another customer she could only get $3000 today the lady asked if she could come back the next day and get $1000 because she needed $4000. The manager told her they would see what they could do! What do you mean see what you can do!!! You are a bank and you have our money and if we want our money you need to give it to us!!! You can’t give us $4000 or $5000 in cash!!! The NCUA and FDIC will be contacted!!!
And the wait time is ridiculous!!! People are leaving because they can’t speak to a banker!!! RIDICULOUS!!! I am so disappointed!!!!
Banker with red hair and bumpy face had a terrible attitude and needs some classes on customer service.
An hour of my life was wasted and I can never get it back. I’m highly disappointed.”

“This location has been able to help me on multiple occasions when I didn’t know how to do something dealing with finances whether it be money orders, cashier’s checks, or opening up new accounts.
The young woman that is usually in the drive up window is SOOOOO nice when I make my weekly cash deposits. I never have a long wait inside the bank or in the drive up area, they are always so quick & polite! I had a savings account close (my fault) and they were able to set me up with another very fast.”
