Ordered 6 canvases on a Saturday night went to pick up Sunday night and they were ready. Guy said machine broke down and someone was suppose to call me and let me know Sunday morning. Never got the call. So I told him I would be back by Monday after 5 when I get off. Called and they still were not ready. She said they forgot and to get them 15 mins they would be ready. I waited almost 30 mins before I went to pick them up and had only 1 done and Saud they had to restart machine. Very poor and unprofessional service. Will def drive to Diberville next time I need more made. Won't ever use this O.S. location again. I know thing ms happen but common courtesy they could have at least called and let me know. Then not tell me they will be ready in 15 mins and still not done

They were nice about it, but… I came over 2.5 hours after my prescription was input, it wasn’t ready… no big deal. I was told to come back in 2 hours. I waited over 3, not done. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this happen here. But it will be my last, off to a new pharmacy!

Well, if you want someone to answer the phone in pharmacy, don't bother calling. They are great sometimes and annoying at other times, especially when calling.

Needed a script in a hurry. Pharmacist went above and beyond to help.

Apparently they think it's a good idea to give out expired medication. I went last night and received a prescription that expired 10/31/2021. I got it replaced, however no one should receive medication that is expired.

I have ALWAYS had issues with the pharmacy and the pharmacy staff ... I finally found a wonderful mom and pop pharmacy around the corner from me ... I am so glad I won't be coming here again

Customer service is horrible! Paige was the cashier at front and she was absolutely rude! I asked for cash back and she said she wasn’t even supposed to be using the checkout to help me!?!? I had to them use self checkout twice and purchase items I didn’t need just to get cash finally! Never asked if I found ever I needed, she never said hello or even acknowledged me as a customer! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future! Lesson learned!

Absolutely INSANE that when their “system is down” but they can clearly see the RX they can’t fill it. After attempting to have two other pharmacies call to transfer it because that was the only help the pharmacy claimed they could do, no one could even get thru. Thank god the delay in steroids for a 7 month old with croup didn’t land us in the ER. DO BETTER!

If I could select a negative rating, I would. We typically get our prescriptions from Walmart but they didn't have what we needed, so we went to CVS. We chose the drive-through due to Covid. There were two cars ahead of us when we pulled in. 15 minutes later, we finally reached the window. (We would have left but we were blocked in.) We were shocked to see there was a dedicated attendant to this window. It took her a few minutes to take our prescription in. She said to pick it up at 4:00 p.m. We sent our son at 6:00 p.m. He had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get to a clerk who told him to come back at 8:30. (We live 25 minutes away.) He went back at 9:00, still had to wait 20 minutes, and we finally received our RX. When using Walmart, the average wait for a RX is about 2 minutes. The clerks are efficient, there are enough of them. When you have a person in front of you, typically, less than one minute later, the line moves to the next person. How CVS pharmacy can be so incredibly inefficient and discourteous of peoples time is beyond me! I am dreading the process of having to get the prescription transferred to another pharmacy because if I was on my death bed and CVS had the only RX on the planet that could help me, I would die instead. Get it together CVS or close your doors. You are a menace to Ocean Springs, MS, and a complete failure.

Received my Flu and Shingles shot! I’m a retired nurse and didn’t feel either shot! They were so helpful and courteous.

This is a garden variety CVS, well located on busy Bienville Blvd. It's well-stocked but I was disappointed in my purchase. I bought antiseptic wipes in a small 20-count package. They turned out to be pretty dry, obviously old stock. I'm not going to make a fuss about a $1.49 purchase, am I?

I was skeptical of this pharmacy because of all the bad reviews. My experience was great. They were fast, courteous, and professional. The best pharmacy experience I have had on the coast.

My husband went in last night and was told they had what he needed but they were closing so wouldn't help him. He had a 102 degree fever. Went home and went back today which is Christmas Eve and wouldn't fill prescription because he had his sons insurance card... he lost his. It's the same number. Went to Rite Aid down the road and 20 minutes later he has the Antibiotics he needed....
