Honesty this was the best dollar tree I've ever been in , from stock , employee friendliness to amount of item choices, I would go to more dollar trees that look exactly like this one , unfortunately it's an hour from my house and the 3 pathetic ones near me

Every single time I go in this store, I have to wait in a very long line because there's only 1 cashier. As a matter of fact, I'm in line right now. They need another cashier! Someone did come & open another register this time, so I'm happy about that. Other than that, this is a nicely organized store with friendly customer service.

Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful.I simply asked if they could inflate a Halloween balloon. I told them I’m happy to pay for it or buy some other balloons but they were genuinely offended by my question and I got the strong impression they just wanted me and my balloon out of the building.I would’ve been happy to just hear “Sorry, but company policy states…”Instead I got “No. We don’t do that. I’m on my break. I’ll get the manager to tell you. I’ve been here a year and half and we’ve never done that.”No apology, no sense of trying to help. Just a sense of “get out, there’s nothing we can do.”I didn’t think a balloon could cause so much attitude in an employee. It doesn’t take much effort to be nice or even seem like you’re trying to help a customer but these employees teamed up to show me how much they don’t care.*And Dollar General next door is out of helium so my balloon is still flat.

This store is always a hot mess, merchandise everywhere, kinda like the hundsons of dollar tree bc you can find some good stuff but u gotta dig ? please close for a day and clean it up to standards

I can always depend on Dollar Tree to have what I need without breaking the budget. They have all the schools supplies ready to go for teachers, parents, and students. There is a large variety of crafting supplies for all the creative people. You can even shop here for food to whip up something for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Three employees and 1 register open, line of at least 10 people. The cashier was fantastic but the other employees probably ought to be team players and help out.
