We have had a wonderful experience with Gulf Coast Pool & Spa. We ordered a custom spa cover and Jeff came out and took measurements to ensure the right product was ordered. Emma has exceptional customer service skills and is very efficient. Sarah was communicative and polite and handled everything appropriately. We picked up the cover today and it fits beautifully.

Great folks. They are so knowledgeable. Take them a sample of your pool water, and take the guess work out of pool maintenance. They'll save you money.

Very disappointed with them. I recently purchased a home with a pool. 3 weeks prior to closing on the home I reached out and told them I would like to maintain service with them. I even inquired about some equipment that would need to be replaced. The person who answered the phone (I wish I would have got her name) even gave me rough estimates and told me the owner, Sarah, would reach out. I never heard anything. The following week I called back twice more and each time I was told someone would get back to me. I called several more times after this and either no one would pick up or I was told Sarah would reach out to me. Fast forward to today, I've since closed on the house and finally was able to get in touch with owner after leaving another message earlier in the week and I was told they didn't know I would want to keep them so they dropped me and have already filled my spot.... The previous homeowner even told me she told them several times prior to us closing on the house to keep the service because she knew my little one would be excited to use the pool. Terrible customer service and extremely disappointed in how it was handled. I was offered nothing but an apology and told I could get back on their waiting list.

Always helpful and willing to give advice even when you don’t buy anything. Helped me out with a pump motor off the shelf and I installed and was up and running by that afternoon. The price for the motor was comparably priced to internet stores and I wasn’t at the mercy of fedex delivering to the wrong house…. again.

Jeff and Sarah were very helpful and extremely patient with our pool project.Background: we own a home in OS and wanted to install a pool heater. The caveat is that I’m in the military and currently deployed overseas with my family. Sarah and Jeff took the time to order the equipment, explain the process and most importantly took photos of before and final project completion. They made it easy to do this remotely and eliminated our anxiety.Thank you for helping us out and making it comfortable for us. We really appreciate it.

Good service, accurate water testing, knowledgeable employees for advice about pool care, good supply of chemicals and equipment, reasonable prices and prompt response to on site pool repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend this pool service.

The absolute nicest people work here. Both the wonderful lady behind the counter who is always helpful and kind and the older gentleman who in the past has come out to work on my pool. Everyone at this place is just wonderful always. I recently brought my pool vacuum in to be checked out and prior to having me pay any diagnostic charge, this sweet lady helped to take apart my pool vacuum to diagnose and rule out any easier problems it might be. She did this without any hesitation or me asking her to, she was just that kind. It really made my day, so thank you.
