Everyone has always been super nice, friendly, and helpful!!! I just as a little disappointed in some of the condition of the inside of the unit I rented. There needs to be some repairs on the sheet rock that’s broken up higher on the walls, also there’s a gap in the block wall that could let in mice that concerns me. I do like that it is gated and the manager was sweeping out our unit when I arrived!

I have had a great experience under the original ownership. But being charged fees and raised rates every 2-3 months is getting really annoying… but I stick with them because it is also annoying to have to find another unit and move all the storage stuff… I do eventually need to clean up the unit…
