Was treated rudely by an overweight redhead male employee who got mad because he was confused as to what account I was depositing into even though I told him the correct info. Obviously he needs discipline by management, he should not have gotten so hot headed by this misunderstanding on his part. I will be changing banks due to this incident.

This has to be the worst managed bank in Ocean Springs. 1 person working the inside and drive thru at the busiest time of the day. Was told I had to make an appointment to talk to someone about an account after standing in line for 30 mins.

I used to use this bank a lot. I don't like the checking fees that got added when your account goes below a certain amount. I mean it doesn't cost them anything so why should I pay them fees for my money?

Stay away from these clowns! Since it's merger with AmSouth the quality of service has gone downhill. Employees seemed annoyed and stressed and lack professional courtesy. Stopped by the Ocean Springs branch to check an account balance and the teller couldnt understand english, had to repeat to him several times what I wanted. Not even gonna try to explain what happened to me at the D'Iberville branch. Are these people on drugs? I hope their not handling your money!
