This local Post Office is noted for having great, hard working, and friendly staff who help tremendously and get people out quickly. The delivery process, however, can be unreliable due to misplacement of mail in multi-unit buildings. One carrier also provided kind assistance in a personal situation. Overall, it is seen as a great post office with great workers. The U.S. Postal Service is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery to every address.

They send my outgoing mail back to my address, instead of to address it was posted too, which makes bills late, of which the post office won't pay the late fee they caused; plus packages that I'm supposed to receive in 3 days, takes 3 weeks: HIRE more competent people !!!

The customer service here has improved drastically! Way to go!

They charged me to reuse a flat rate box as if I bought it new. I brought it inside with me. I told the clerk I was running a box and she seems not to have listened.
