Highly wouldn’t recommend the black lady in the middle was rude and never informed me it was 13.50 to cash a check that is in their name . They don’t answer the phone and the manger does not care. I have an account and was charged 13.50 to cash my check . Horrible service . Her name is Erin ! I came back to see if I can get it fixed and they informed me that they will not give me the money that she took

Do not use this branch. I deposited a check and due to the amount a hold had to be placed on it (understandable). I was told that some of the funds would be available 7/22 and the rest on 7/27. The funds that were supposed to be available still are not and now I am being told the funds won't be available until August 1st. The branch was not helpful when I called for clarification and neither was costumer service. I have a receipt stating the dates my funds will be available. There is no clause or additional wording on the receipt that they may hold funds even longer nor was that stated to me when I deposited the check. The minute my funds process I will be closing my account.

I was greeted cordially upon entering. The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. He took the time to make sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. Everytime I am in this location, there is always an issue or problem. Just yesterday, all of the managers where not at the location and the woman in charge was flexing her new found authority. For the first time in my life, she refused to deposit a check in my account because she wanting everyone on the check present for her to see. This is a multiple person check and I simply wanted to deposit it. That way the check would settle and all is well. NOT ON HER WATCH. I drove 20 minutes to another location and deposited the check. It just created a problem for me because she would not ALLOW (her words) me to deposit the check and had to go to the next town over.

I've been banking with wells fargo for four years, I opened a joint account with my husband at the Biloxi branch, the banker was a nice lady that was very helpful at all times, well today I recommended my cusin to open an account with wells fargo at the ocean springs branch(which I regret and will never recommend to no one ever again) the lady Chelsey was no help at all like she was more committed to deny to open a brand new account than trying to figure out a way to help, because my cusin's driver's license was in Spanish after they had openned two accounts to two relatives with no problem they are now trying to say that they got the wrong information and that now they can even cancel my other two relatives accounts? like what the heck??? is this even legal? I am cancelling my account I want nothing to do with these people pure crooks !!! I will dig more into this situation because what happened today was aweful they lie and they have zero standards to a professional and fair treatment

Went in to make a payment on a credit card because the line for the drive through was backed up almost to the road. Branch manager walking around the lobby informed me that they have no tellers working the lobby, only drive through. If your drive through is backed up to the street you need to work on your efficiency or do something different.

I give this bank branch a 3. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. The location stinks. Patrons park on the sides of the sevice road and in the parking spaces for the businesses next door. There are only 2 designated parking spaces in the front of the bank. There are several parking spots in the back and they are almost always empty. The drive-thru is in the back of the bank and it's difficult to get out of back onto the service road because of where the patrons park. The ATM is not drive-thru so you have to park, get out of your vehicle and walk over to the front of the bank to use it. If you're driving out from the back of the bank, you must be careful not to hit someone leaving the ATM. It's an inconvenient location and dangerous. And unfortunately, since the Vancleave location was closed, it's the closest branch for me to use.

Never again tellers are rude and make everything difficult. Don't waist your time use a different Wells Fargo
