I originally stopped by for a simple tire rotation. I was told I need an appointment and that AllStar Chevrolet isn't an option for booking through the mychevy app because they just dont keep it updated. It was like they just weren't interested in having my business.After a 10 minute dissertation of how and why they only do service by appointment, the service writer finally began to offer appointment options. Unfortunately, none would work for my schedule.Not to waste my time and trying to make my stop here productive, I went to parts to buy an inexpensive interior trim piece that broke recently. It wasn't in stock, so the parts guy said he could have one for me the next day. He took my phone number and said he'd call. I left. I've never heard from them. Called in a week later to check on the status. Not in. Nobody cared even order a simple part for me. No one cared to call me. Nothing.All in all a bad experience and I won't return.Don't go here. They don't want your business.

I had an electrical problem with my truck that could wait for a scheduled appointment. They were able to work me in and had me up and going in relatively short order!

They took my car right away for an oil change and tire rotation. Turn around was very short!!! Great service!

AllStar Chevrolet is the best for dealership service. My recent sunroof problem was fixed correctly and as quick as possible under extended warranty. From oil changes to repair service, always prompt, professional, and customer friendly.

Seems to be really good people whether it is letting me know the bad news or good news. My vehicle has been a repeat offender at this dealership, but always on different things.The biggest and most important item, in my mind, is that it’s repaired correctly the first time…in which it always has been. Comebacks suck and are a complete waste of time. Never had them here.

One word…RUN!!!! Service department sucks. They don’t respect you or your time. Took my vehicle there, patiently waited over 3 hours. I went to asked about a status and found out they didn’t write “waiting” on the ticket. Therefore, my vehicle was just sitting there. Not being serviced. Their response was, “didn’t know you were waiting”. Sir, you’re the one that told me to have a seat in the waiting area, enjoy coffee, and the service should take about an hour. I will rather walk than have service here ever again. Very unorganized and unprofessional. RUNNN!

Working with Randy was great. He went over everything with us and made the entire process so easy! He even picked up my new vehicle from my office the next week for a detail since it couldn't be done the day of purchase. I would go back to All Star for any future purchases.

Sean wasn’t very professional. Got my car in but waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. Went to check on my vehicle only to find no one available to help me. So I went outside where the cars are when they are done to find mine. So I finally found Sean and he said it’s been ready that he forgot to come get me. He made the excuse he has been busy and the only one working. Asked the lady I checked out with how long my ticket has been with her and she stated for a good bit. Seems ever since Chance left this shop is going down hill with the service advisors. But Sean isn’t very professional and Jeff always seems to be having a bad day and he doesn’t seem to want to hide it.
