Beware that you won’t get a cleaning on your first visit if a new patient. They will schedule a cleaning at another visit. I really wish I would have known this before the visit. That seems like recurring theme in the reviews and really needs to be addressed somehow.

Great, responsive support! Had a crown become dislodged day before heading overseas — they found me an opening and bonded it back in place the same afternoon! Highly recommend!

I was super nervous about my procedure but was assured by the dentist that she would do what she could to make me at ease. She even called in a prescription for my anxiety the day before. I left happy about my decision and the procedure.

This was a short notice appointment for my husband. We are impressed with the atmosphere. The staff is friendly and very professional. The establishment is clean. They were able to get him in within a few days of calling. They detected the issue and were able to fix it in the office the same day. They have an oral surgery on property. Win Win! Plus they are in my network. They have more than one office new us.

Came in for a cleaning and was there for two hours without receiving a cleaning. The only thing they did was take pictures and attempt to reschedule a cleaning appointment. Waited in a waiting area for the appointment to be rescheduled. Definitely will not be back.

This was my first time visiting Aspen Dental, I was very impressed with the facility, but most of all the staff. So friendly. I don't like going to the dentist but I felt comfortable there, they gave me their undivided attention. When my procedure is done, I'm confident I will leave with a smile ?

This dentist office apparently allows students or very under qualified persons to work on patients. My 1st hygienist was very painful, so if you go be sure to ask for Andria, she was confident and seemed knowledgeable and experienced. Then whoever assisted the dentist with a temporary crown, didn’t set it properly. I received a temporary crown on 9/20/23 it came out while I was eating a steak burger 3 days later 9/23/23. I hope, that the permanent one will be sized correctly. I hope they correct this and if they do, I’ll be sure to update this review.

Staff and Dentist were very nice. Great chair side manor. Wait time... not so great. Almost 3 hours. It took a total of maybe a generous 45 minutes on me. That's a deep cleaning and extraction.Other than that my experience was lovely. I'd recommend them.

The dental hygienist was so gentle, i look forward to my next cleaning. Every single woman in this office was delightful. My tooth is beautiful. It’s a one of a kind piece of art now. I had a perfect visit and i love the way my teeth feel and look. I’ve never been prouder. We drive from Memphis to Olive Branch specifically because of the level of excellence in care we recieve here. Thank you so very much.

My appointment was at 730 am . I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. The website said it opened at 730. No wonder why this place has the reviews it does. I got in my car and left. I'd rather make an ew app. Some where else. I don't know about anyone else but when the hours are 730 that doesn't mean open whenever you like. I would not recommend them unless you like wasting your morning waiting for them to open.

Twice I have been there and both times the office didn't open until 30 min after my 7:30 appointment time. Numerous patients scheduled at the same time. One of the times.I went I was told it would be at least an hour before they started calling people back to the work area. Very umprofessional place of businessGo somewhere else

Looks like a lot cry babies on this post!! Some teeth are hard extract, do y'all really think that it's that easy to remove an adult tooth that's been imbedded for a long time!! And then theirs others on here just go around making comments about businesses together their drama on!! Get a life, get a job or another hobby!! Dislikes are for the stupid post! Geewiz ?

( 2 new UPDATES BELOW PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I'M REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB and DENTAL LICENSING BOARD MS & TN ) ..... I'm in tears now!!!!!!! May a Corporate manager give me a call or reach out to me as soon as possible? My experience has been terrible since the beginning which was February 8, 2023. I'm an insurance agent for every Medicare provider in the Tri-state area! I can't believe what has happened to me and I wish this on no one.I'm going to give a full review after I gather myself on every platformI'M ON! I have phone recordings of how the office manager just spoke to me. Stay tuned for an honest thorough review of my experience since THE BEGINNING.This company should not be in business in the Tri-state area! I wonder who else have experienced mistreatment, rudeness, inefficient service and carelessness in your time of need at this location or any other? Please reach out to me. Together we can make difference. Thank you! .UPDATE: IF ANYONE HAS GIVEN INFORMATION TO THE OLIVE BRANCH LOCATION YOUR INFORMATION WAS HACKED!! I called corporate on 5/25/23 and was told that they were hacked and wasn't scheduling anyone until this week. Today is 5/31/23 and still no response from anyone managers, corporate or staff concerning my broken dentures! I've been without teeth over the holiday weekend and couldn't attend my speaking engagement on 5/27/23. I have contacted the BBB today and I will be contacting every outlet I can until this issue is rectified.6/19/23 have been twice to have teeth repaired and they've broken both times! This IS A NIGHTMARE AND I'M GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE DENTAL LICENSING BOARD.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!Two months ago I gave this office a five star. Based off of my first visit. Everything went really well, with my consultation.Since that date two months ago. Aspen Dental converted to a new system and my experience has been terrible with scheduling. The office staff Asst. Manager, Dreama was so unorganized and unprofessional. After several canceled appointments. I was finally seen and had the dental hygienist to do some work.I was scheduled for oral surgery this morning 6/12, at 7:30am. After scheduling to take the day off at work. I arrived at the office this morning, to be told my partials were delayed by Fed Ex. And I would need to reschedule. Dreama stated she had called me on 6/9/23. I checked my call log. There were no missed call from Aspen Dental Office on 6/9. I did receive an email from Dreama that very same day, which I replied too. When I mention me emailing her back. And since she never replied. I thought it would be best to still so up for my appointment. To at least get the extraction part done and get my partials later, whenever they arrived. Dreama stated she very seldom check her emails and the office closed at 11:00am. At this point, I asked if I could proceed with getting my teeth extracted, Dreama stated yes we can remove your teeth. Then I asked, just to confirm, I would be having oral surgery performed. Dreama stated OH NO , we only have a surgeon here once a month.We discussed this when my appointment was scheduled two weeks ago for this procedure. I was told my Dreama and another person who did my impressions that my surgery would take place on 6/12 at 7:30am. Again I took the day off work from the office and my daughter rearrange her schedule to drive me for my appointment, because I was thinking the oral surgery would take place. Especially after receiving two emails as reminders. I received an email on Friday 6/9 and again on 6/11, Sunday evening.My complaint and frustration was a joke to Dreama. She excused herself from speaking with me. Jessica took over the conversation and her attitude was even worst. AT THIS POINT, I REQUESTED MY $2000 paid out of pocket for my portion of the cosmetic services to be REFUNDED. Jessica rudely referred me to the website for corporate's number. I am so so disappointed with the office staff behavior. I have NEVER been treated this way before. After reading the other negative reviews. It's probably a good thing to take my business elsewhere.Please REFUND my MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!!~Cassandra Johnson
