Kesha was AMAZING. Super knowledgeable, very helpful, and friendly. Hands-down the best experience I've had at an AT&T store, ever! Store manager also stopped by our table. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. Supports her staff and you can tell they enjoy working for her. Overall great experience! Great job. ??

I visited this store in January of 2024 to upgrade my iPhone. I bought the latest version of the iPhone and the rep that handled my upgrade told me about adding another line to my account. I said I wasn't really interested and thought that was it. Three months later I find out a third line was added to my account and my bill went up. When we looked it up on my account online, a Samsung Galaxy 23 was added to the account tied to the third line. I don't have this device and I haven't used this mysterious third line.
Sounds to me like a bit of fraud took place. I'm currently waiting on hold with AT&T Customer Service to get this line disconnected and my account credited.

I always went here and paid my internet bills regardless of having bad internet service Friday I went in to pay bills and told the Rep that it's not fair that I pay every month on time faithfully and I don't have good internet service so she said that she was going to help me fix it and she said that my internet problem was fixed and last weekend and Easter weekend my internet is not working I Need Better Service and it's a shame that I can't reach no one to help me fix my internet
