Wait time is entirely to long. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and there was only one car in front of us. My wife had to go inside to do her deposit to get to work on time. This is unacceptable.

The branch manager, Kim Joyce and Heather Trotter went out of their way to fix an issue I had dealing with another bank! On top of that they were kind enough to provide proof so that there would be no further issues for me.
