The building door states they close at 6pm on Fridays and 7pm using the drive thru got here at 5 for the second week in a row ,complete waste of gas money and time, it’s ridiculous can not even deposit a check , does the company not realize that 5 is a common time for people get off , very dissatisfied !

The staff from my experience was nice and professional each time I made contact with the bank. My negative mark is due to the hidden fees. I had a checking and savings account and decided to closed both accounts. I was charged $10 to close the checking and another $10 dollars to close my savings. Once you close your accounts, like normal banks I expected to receive cash back from my accounts, I was informed I would not get cash back I would get a cashier's check. Therefore, I would get two cashier checks one for my balance in checking and one for my balance in savings. I said to myself that's different, but ok, I will roll with it.. But then I thought , why do I need two cashier checks, wouldn't it be simply to just issue one check for my balance in checking and savings. So then I am told, I will be charged another $10 for getting a cashier check for my balance in checking and another $10 for a cashier check for my balance in savings. WHAT!! . YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! I had to laugh to myself and think, I got to be on some type of candid camera or something...Now thinking of all these fees, I pulled out my phone calculator and my new bank ATM card to see if I had to pay them money for wanting to close my own account! Luckily, the nice supervisor was able to get the cashier check fees waived. I have never had a bank to charge that many fees to close an account. I thought about cashing the cashier check while I was there in the bank and something told me NO don't waist my time, because they may charge a fee to cash the cashiers check. So I took it to my new bank. I must say that is a cleaver way to get your customers money with the fees, but sad that a Banking institution has to seek those means to gain money. I am glad I can share my experience and laugh with family and friends about it...but I must say through the whole process, the staff person was very cordial.

Excellent staff, have been going here for a long time and they are always willing to help. I could not imagine going to a different bank! From Student Checking while I was in college to daily life now they have helped so much and will stay here banking with them for a long time!

The customer service lady Ms. Dana Moody is incredible!!! She helped me with a terrible dilemma and solved it effortlessly!!! This is the greatest bank! All the staff is real nice.

They are great, unless you actually need something from them. They double charge for insufficient funds. Manager acknowledges the problem, promised that the algorithm would be fixed "in a month or two". Two years and waiting. Also, closes at 4:30? Not open on Saturday? You have to take time off of work to do any banking. Everything is what works for them and not the customer.

I don't know where any of the negative reviews are coming from. The tellers have always been very friendly and they've never made a mistake. Highly recommend this bank.

Upon the birth of my second child, my co-workers pooled their gift money and gave us a $200 Visa gift card from BankPlus. We went to use it and BankPlus had taken all $200 in "inactivity fees". $25/month for an "inactivity fee"? That should be against the law. It's unconscionable! We called to inquire about this policy and asked for the money to be replaced, but they were obviously to ashamed to tell you know directly. They said they would review the matter and for us to check our card balance in a few day. This happened several times and nothing was ever done. I've since closed my accounts there. They've lost my business because of this. Obviously, I would advise against banking here based on my experience. That's a horrible way to treat customers and they should be ashamed.
