Wow! Staff made you feel right at home, the individual in charge of breakfast took pride in their job and the location worked perfectly for our day trips.

This was the best place. Staff was excellent and I have no complaints. Will definitely stay here anytime I'm in the area

I stayed at this hotel late at night and was tired. In the morning when I woke up I saw that the room was not clean enough, the carpets and towels were stained and I saw bedbugs, I left all my things, one bedbug was killed and I took a picture of it, when I went down to the lobby and reported it, I was told to wait, after 30 minutes of waiting we went to the room, but during that time the administrator organized that the bedbug that I killed was stolen and there were no traces left, except for blood stains, which he said I could have just scratched, be careful, room 214

Crap for breakfast. After staying with BW for over a year on the west coast, I have determined that the eastern state Best Westerns are cheap and have the worst breakfast offerings of cheap canned products and always cheap with sausage and never bacon. I will use these last few eastern BW visits to remind me to never visit another Best Western and to cash in my 500k reward points to be done with Best Western.

Was on the 4th floor, could see my car. Got there, they had everything ready and expedited. Just said who I was with who I worked for and they just handed me the key to my room, told.me the breakfast time, and that was it. Bed was excellent, restroom excellent, really no complaints.

The rooms were clean and sanitary. The location is ideal with plenty shopping choices. The service was okay maybe not enough employees to keep up

A nice place to go on vacation, business or just passing through. Swimming pool, gym for clients. Attention from the very friendly staff... very close to the center shopping areas, gas station and restaurant... very clean. Internet access includes breakfast.
Rooms: Equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, Queen bed with sheets, towels and very clean bathrooms, area to read or put your laptop 💻 inside your room, microwave, TV, internet, a small refrigerator, house kiping service in the mornings .
Nearby activities: Restaurant, gas station, shopping stores, main tracks, etc.
Safety: The security of the area is acceptable.
Walkability: Very little, it is better to have a vehicle. But if you can go to the restaurant and the Walmart walking, it is very close.
Food and drinks: It depends on taste, near a luxury restaurant-bar.
Noteworthy details: Attentive, pleasant and very respectful people. You can stay indefinitely or temporarily, from alone to as a family.

Looks nice in lobby.... female night employee don't care and don't want to be bothered while she is cuddled up with some guy on the sofa. Roaches, gross Elevator out of service, hallway smells weird, room Smells chemicals, walls dirty, toilet don't work and saw Roaches in bathroom, the smells was roach spray. I lost my money for 3 nights because I read reviews of lies this place is the WORST BUG INFESTATED, DIRTY. LAZY EMPLOYEES. I am from Dayton Oh and we aren't Raydell Dr but WE DONOT STAY WITH ROACHES!! My standards must be high according to how these people act like it's no big deal. I will never pre check into a hotel out of state again. This is 2x I lost money to stay out of state with bugs....

If you're paying with Chime or Cash App, I advise you to book or go elsewhere. This location does not accept Chime or CashApp cards.
Ask questions upon arrival (for example: Does the elevator work? Because they won't tell you, and if you're handicap or disabled they'll put you on the 3rd or 4th floor).
They have a nice indoor pool. Too much chlorine in it sometimes but still a nice pool and something to do other than sit in your room.
They do have waterbugs and other insects that hang out in the bathroom. If you ask for another room they just move you next door to the room you were just in. Great way to take your mind off the Huge Cockroach in the next room! And nobody comes to kill it or spray. How convenient!
Staff is friendly upon arrival, but after they've taken your money friendly staff where?? The older lady that works in the morning is rude when I sent my teenagers down for breakfast. They both made waffles and got other foods like yogurt etc. If you have a teenager, you know they eat alot. But telling them "that's too much food" and "you better eat it too" is a comment you should have kept to yourself. 1 waffle, 2 sausage and yogurt aint even alot.....Now my children feel some type of way about returning to this particular location. Also, if you order food from any delivery company, they're not allowed to bring the food to your door. You have to go to the lobby and get it yourself! And they don't ask the driver which room, so keep an eye out for your food.
This use to be my favorite location but they are no longer. You'll do better going to the location off Hacks Cross Rd. Better Service and the Staff is definitely friendly.

I arrived late after a long drive out of the storms in Atlanta and was rudely checked in saying it was to late to be checking in. The carpet in my room was dirty and had grass and other stuff on it and several stains including on on the chair. I found a roach in the bathroom as well.

Horrible housekeeping service. The hotel smelled like mildew. Had to ask over 4 times daily for fresh towels and had to threaten to do a formal complaint before they cleaned and changed the sheets for inclusive housekeeping service. Always had excuses. The head housekeeper said I had to leave the room for housekeeping service. I explained that I do not want you, and I will make sure you do not steal anything. I explainedi I have traveled across the country, and this is the first time I have heard that excuse for not doing her housekeeping job. Had to go to the general manager daily with numerous requests for regular housekeeping services included in the room for over 4 days. Sad hotel with horrible service in Olive Branch. Find another hotel unless you bring your own towels if you plan to shower daily.
