My husband and I have been to several Best Western PLUS hotels all over the US. In general, we have been very happy with Best Western PLUS hotels. So, I naturally am drawn to Best Western PLUS when I traveled by myself.
This hotel is the worst ever among the ones that I have stayed. The biggest concern is that the room has high humidity causing the floor to become wet and damp. I stayed one night. The next morning I found an dehumidifier outside of my room, working pretty hard. So, this is an on-going issue that they have known about.
Another issue is that the toilet won’t shut off, causing the water to run continuously—though this is a relatively easy fix.
I reported both issues to the front desk manager who said that the rooms on the 2nd floor have the humidity problem, but the rooms on the 1st floor are ok. I was assigned to the 2nd floor.
I am really glad to get out of there, and will not come back unless the humidity issue is resolved.
I would rate this hotel as Best Western MINUS.

Sandra and the rest of the staff are very nice. I stay at this hotel quite frequently because of my job and my stay is always pleasant.

Handicapped accessible room came with a truly king-size bed, which didn’t overwhelm or diminish the room. The service by Sandra was greatly appreciated, and her employer is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and welcoming representative of their hotel.

Not truly pet friendly. Only dogs under 20 pounds, no cats whatsoever.

Our gal at the front desk gets A+++! She was amazing! And had great local food suggestions. Everyone was friendly. Nice stay.

This Hotel has the worst management I have seen so far. The hotel manager is very rude and does not want to accomodate anyone. The rooms are nasty and smell awful. They have a mildewed smell to them. Housekeeping does a horrible job of cleaning. And for this to be a non smoking facility, several rooms smell of smoke. I would not suggest anyone to stay at this property, especially with rates as high as they are. $139 plus tax for a disgusting room and a rude manager, never again

The place had bed bugs and smelled musty in the rooms. Stay at your own risk!!!

beautifully renovated. Great service and location. a bit mildewy smelling but they had dehumidifiers set up.

My room was very clean and cooled off really quickly to my liking. Also the best part was My hostess Donna whom was very welcoming, she also gave me all the information I'd need such as wifi an best network to use thank you for the great stay

Rooms were way over priced, definitely not worth the money, just go down the road and grab the holiday Inn express

I was resting and a bed bug started running over the cover, so I jumped out of the bed and showed the clerk. She came into the room and looked also, but said it was a roach thur the covers back over the bed. I told her give me my money back, I packed my bags and left.
Rooms: The room is not clean and it has bed bugs, so please don't eat in your rooms. They also come out of nowhere running and those bad boys move very fast.
