Don't stay here unless you like dirt on your pillows, brown and black streaks on the towels, and zero accountability from management. Despite multiple complaints and requests, they did not provide any recourse besides interrogating me about how it's possible the room is dirty. You're better off going down the street for the same price of a stay.

2 week stay, left on the first night for another hotel. Room smelled, dust everywhere, found an insect. Requested another room but was told there were none available. While checking out after booking elsewhere, I was asked if I wanted another room.. after I had already requested it and was denied, after another place was already booked..Rooms: Dirty

Had a comfortable one night stay. Convenient location. Front desk staff was friendly and followed up to ask if everything was satisfactory after check in (it was). Room was a bit outdated but clean other than a small stain on the duvet. Bathroom was very clean. Ice maker in the freezer did not work well but that was the only problem we encountered.

IHG in general has stopped providing ice machines at all.As a FORMER IHG loyalist, I will be looking to another chain. Fudge'um.

Besides a few cosmetic issues, the room itself wasn't bad. But one thing that is obvious about this property is that housekeeping is ABSOLUTELY lazy! I could look at the bathroom floor and see that it was dirty and hasn't been mopped recently, at all. Furthermore, it was sticky... Very sticky.Checkin may as well be self serviced with how disengaged the front desk attendant is. I came in, spoke (no response), and hadn't even heard her voice until I asked for a fork. There was no "hello" no "thank you for being a diamond member" no mentioning of amenity points, directions to the elevator, NOTHING!I should've known from the big glass display upon entry that customer service isn't the focus at this property...

Toilet didn't flush , staff no help, no maid services. No toiletries provided. Burner does not work shuts off. No utensils. Air system dirty I cleaned it . Didn't work properly until I did. Vent in bathroom dirty, no water pressure in shower used a glass to rinse. No cable. Small tv.falling off wall. Chair had burn holes in it.

I was not expecting it to be this nice! The service is wonderful and the room is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Check-In is always awesome and quick, even with CLC. This hotel has a nice small market, free laundry. Any additional accessories needed is just a phone call away from the front desk. Plenty of auto and even truck parking. My room during my visit was very clean and filled with items that I would need to enjoy my stay. Patricia-GM seem to be doing an awesome job as the GM here.

I got the room online. And when we got our room it was super nice. It had all the convinces of home but in a hotel. The thing is for the 3 days we stayed in our room no one came to ask if we needed towels, our garbage emptied, room cleaned. No we didn't have the do not disturb sign on the door. There was not one.

The rooms had kitchen and the laundry was free. MUCH BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED. On the top of that it's pet friendly.Customer service was nice.We will go back to this hotel. ??

The worst service I've ever had. Microwave never worked all weekend. No toothbrushes not even for sale. Got there no one was at the desk. Had to wait 30 hour for a luggage cart. Ask for room to be cleaned while out and fresh towels since I was going to be there another night. That was a no. Only to get back to the hotel that night and key no longer works. Then I go to the lobby no attendant. So I'm screaming hello at the top of my lungs for about 45 minutes the here comes someone who had been sleeping. Telling me that they weren't sleeping. Yeah right. Did I mention that my brother whom was traveling with me to a funeral that weekend was on a walker. He couldn't even get a extra pillow to support his leg. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone needs to be trained

The location for this place is very calming. Everything was awesome. I had to leave at 3am for the airport and the commissary was closed. Everything else was top notch.

We have been a IHG member since 2004. Stayed at their Resort in Lake Tahoe among other lesser known cities.This was without a doubt the most disappointing stay at IHG facility that we can recall.The room and lack of amenities did not justify the price charged.Check in and counter staff were courteous and I'm sure had nothing to do with the overall business plan of the owners.We will not be staying at a Candlewood facility in the future.
