My God rude!!! Waited till 6am to chkin was asked for delivery number which I read off and was given no response. After a few minutes I pressed the button again asking (Marlon) if he was working on a door and he responded no the phone hung up. Then the intercom hung up again and supposedly 2 more times. He came outside and replied are u the sarcastic one I was talking to. My thing is if u know the intercom is supposedly hanging up why u let me sit til I pressed it again before making contact with me? U could have easily said the intercom having issues I'll be right with u. Catch is they could answer it and had enough time to say bc it's hanging up. Either way Marlon lied told me the supervisor was there then came out saying the supervisor wasn't in till 8 with a contact number. Some ppl get to comfortable and need to separate street attitude from professional

parking outside night. make sure they give you the correct door .. my appointment 8:30 am check in 8 am they gave me the door 2 hours after check in and I have the wrong door and they only have one door for unloading and I have to wait for two trucks in front of me .. very wrong

Overnight parking outside gate. I got lucky to get unloaded 3 hours before appt time. But usually, it is by appt; Depending on how busy they are. In and out in 30 minutes for 30 pallets. Awesome experience.There is also Flying j 2.4 miles away and Pilot abt 6 miles away as well. Cheers.?

Receiving start working from 5 o'clock in the morning No overnight parking but some trucks park About 5,6 spaces on the side of a building

In and out in less than 30 minutes! Very organized, friendly place. Parking outside of gate for 4 or 5 trucks.
