I use to do business at Regions until one of the tellers rub me the wrong way. Best decision I made to change to Community Bank.

Came through to cash a check and the lady in the drive through was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. If I lived in the area I would have opened an account here.

I love this bank and the helpful staff. I read some of these reviews, which are from non-members. Most banks do not allow transactions from non-members. With that being said, I opened this account a few months back after i moved this way, and they really take their time with you and answering all questions you may have. It feels like family every time you walk in here. Thanks Community Bank of OB. :)

The teller refused to cash in $5.50 in pennies even after she knew the circumstances. She did offer to give me the rolls. So nice of her. 😉😂 Walked up Highway 305 to First Security where the teller just took them to their coin counting machine THAT ALL BANKS HAVE. I didn't even have to roll them. Remember Community Bank every person who walks in is a potential customer. I wasn't asking to cash a large check. I was just asking to cash in a measly $5.50 in pennies: Thank you First Security and I will be posting this same review on their page.

I'm in Olive Branch for business. Staying at a hotel. Tonight, I needed to do some laundry and my hotel desk person said they were out of quarters. So I went into town and stopped at the first bank I found; the Community Bank of Olive Branch. Sounds nice, doesn't it? I pulled up to the drive-thru. The teller opened the drawer, smiled, and asked how she might help me. I asked for four dollars' worth of quarters. She asked if I was a "member." I said no, that I'm not even a resident - just a visitor. She immediately lost the smile, pulled the drawer shut and told me she couldn't help me. I reminded her that it was four lousy bucks in quarters. She said that they "aren't allowed to change money with non_members." I said something like "You're kidding," and she didn't answer. So I gave her a quick Sieg Heil, drove to the very next bank - the Renasant Bank - and was very courteously allowed to change my dollar bills into laundry money. It's experiences like these that help me to decide with whom to do business. I'm looking at a transfer, and if it happens, I most assuredly will NOT be using the Community Bank's services. I guess Community Bank's non-members don't deserve clean underwear.
