Trying to get a prescription transferred because my insurance won't let Target fill it. Granted, I called 3 times because everyone kept telling me everyone else had to do things. Finally got my insurance company to call to coordinate the transfer and after being on hold for 45 minutes, the pharmacist literally said "I'm too busy for this right now" and hung up. So now I'm paying out of pocket, because between my insurance and the pharmacies, no one wants to help.
