Matt and his team work hard to fix your vehicle like new. Parts are on back order all over the country and so repairs are taking longer but his team communicates with you the entire time and sets expectations.

Unacceptable behavior by Matt Biggerstaff (narcissist)and the Desoto Collision team in Olive Branch! This ordeal began 9/25 and continues today 11/15! Lie and then refuse to be held accountable! Another body shop has to finish the what they started! Don’t trust, believe or use this place! You will regret it as I do! Horrible experience, service and no consideration! It all starts at the top and Matt is a true loser!!! Don’t don’t don’t!!!

This place doesn't deserve one star! They lie and are incompetent especially the Manager Mat Biggerstaff! They Quit in the middle of the work and would not be accountable! Comsumer beware! Horrible, terrible and spineless! Olive Branch Desoto Collision Center can not repair a skateboard of mine! 9/25-11/15 still not fixed! Another shop will have to complete what they started! Terrible, Horrible

I have used De Soto Collision in the past and was satisfied.I purchased a new RV in July and had to change insurance companies. I called De Soto Collision to make sure they accepted Progressive before changing. I was told that they did. I am now being told that they do not. Very disappointing.

Still waiting to see my truck finished, service so far has been superb. They immediately set my appointment time, when I arrived They meet me at my car and opened my door for me as if I was vip. They're keeping me updated of every step of service being done on my vehicle. Definitely would recommend.
