Stopped in to get couple packs of cigarettes for the price that was labeled to buy 2 packs and save a dollar a pack (didn’t happen)and got a 10 piece of boneless wings that didn’t ring up for 7.99. My total came up to be the wrong price. I figured they would have fixed the issue but they were not smart enough to tell what they rang up. I didn’t want to hold the line up to Renasant bank in the back.

Best food Best service! thank you all really! Had food last week on saturday at 1am from you guys, when no place was freaking open I will be coming back again! I am not from here I only have been here twice and when i do come to town i tried it last year ! excellent quality both times. and that over night staff was top tier super nice and kind! Thank you! god bless!

So, as insignificant as this may sound, the people who understand- understand.
I do not have an ice maker in my refrigerator, so I have to buy bags of ice. This has never been an issue in any way until I got two bags from Dodge’s. When I got home, that ice had black stuff sticking to the actual ice, it had what looked like spit or something gross frozen inside of the ice, and it smelled like fried food.
I understand a lot of people buy bags of ice for their coolers but there are some people who buy it for inside of cups to have cold drinks. This also makes me never ever want to get a fountain drink from here, because you know that’s the same ice. It’s disgusting and not sanitary whatsoever.

Food is bussin bussin, u might have to wait a min but the hot fresh food is worth it. Just don’t try to get beer past 12am.

Don't 🚫 try and cash your tax refund check here they will mess it up. We are having to wait and have another check reprinted. The store verified the check
then told us that they couldn't cash it. So we went to another store and was told the check was no good. We have been dealing with this for over 2 hours now.

Price gouging and poor customer service including manager! Bought 4 potato wedges paid $6.95. Called the store immediately following my transaction and was told the price is $5.29 plus tax! I will never return as this is not the first experience.

Stopped in this location for tenders and fries and there were no fries so I chose an egg roll instead and 4 tenders and the chicken tenders tasted like old grease I had already left and was to far to turn back so I threw the food away, for what you charge people it could be a lot better.

I work very near Dodge's so I eat there frequently. Usually food is hot and fresh and service is quick and friendly! However today, a woman who's shirt said "Angi". She was unnecessarily rude. To me and the man behind me. Dodges is a busy place, lots of people coming thru and good customer service skills is usually what keeps things moving quickly. Angi did not exhibit ANY customer service skills. I'm a regular customer- 3-5 days a week and have not had this experience with anyone except Angi. Also, today I ordered a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese biscuit. It was labeled as such. When I got back to work and opened it, it was Bacon and biscuit only. ??♀️
