IF YOU ARE ARE GOING TO BE AN UNLOADER PLEASE READ
Dollar Tree has EXTREMELY shady practices and leave much to be desired. My experience with them was riddled with poor stacking, dangerous shifting loads, and a complete lack of safety. I was recently terminated under questionable circumstances by my third party trucking company after calling Dollar Tree out on thier safety. Despite their claims, they refused to provide evidence or transparency, citing vague excuses like “safety saw a flash of light” to accuse me of cellphone use, even though their cameras are outward-facing only.
What’s worse is the apparent retaliation after I raised concerns about safety on thier dollar tree account and throughout the warehouse i considered filing for workers’ compensation due to a workplace injury, my third party account managers gaslit me into not filling out my claim in a 100% truthful way and Instead of addressing these issues, they seemed more interested in silencing me. We worked in those 110+ degree trailers for up to 16 hours a day, and had drivers constantly getting hurt left and right.
Drivers deserve better—fair pay, safer environments , and management that supports rather than undermines them. If you’re considering working here, for the lack of your sanity DO NOT. Their shady practices and lack of respect for their drivers make this company a serious disappointment.

This make me ashamed to be from this city. I delivered a load here, the security guy was great, but the shameful part came in when I needed some bolt cutters. I went into the building (red door) and asked, after waiting for 30 minutes to be acknowledged, and a big guy with dreadlocks said that it's on me and my people to have some bolt cutters and go figure it out. Thankfully there's some construction guys here that promptly helped. Hey I never do reviews but I had to on this one. Moral of the story if you are coming here make sure you have some cutters, and keep your cool. The way dude answered me I almost wanted to see what he was working with!! 5 stars for security dude & the construction team! To dude watch how you talk to people, you don't know where they're from. Might be your own city & able to see you out.

Horrible place to work, no structure, when no one comes in to work it makes work harder for everyone else, machines always breaking down , forklifts and reach-truck drivers are sparse, overall toxic work culture, understaffed and overworked associates who have 2 to 3 different jobs to do and have to do it all while still trying to do the job you signed up for correctly. Supervisor is strict and doesn't know how to do most of the jobs in the building, HR is totally useless when trying to get problems fixed, loves having a party at work just to keep people from leaving the job, lost more employees after the pandemic than during it, PLEASE DON'T WORK HERE THERE'S BETTER JOBS TRUST ME.

A somewhat strange place compared to the others, you arrive at the door, they give you information and goods at the door, you put the papers behind you and you settle in without so many restrictions, excellent.
