The driver lied and said he tried to deliver our package but we were home and he never knocked on the door or rang the door bell. He didn’t even attempt to get out of the truck to see if we were really home and we were waiting on important packages during Covid-19. I’m a healthcare worker and my husband is an essential worker as well so thank you for showing your appreciation fedex driver from Olive Branch MS

This is the 2nd time I have had issues where I was notified that a delivery was attempted last time it was a lie due to driver called in sick assuming this time is the same i have cameras on my house for security purposes and proof showing delivery was never attempted
