This is a very ignorant location.Had an issue with an employee.Asked to file a complaint with manager just to be blown off!Sir i like how prejudice u acted in front on your employees I hope they see that and know they need to find a safer place to work!All the other reviews will justify that this location is full of ignorant people but make no difference too me I just leave review and find better places to do business.Godbless

Has new owners their its not the same atmosphere. Wouldn't recommend it unless you do not have other reasons to stop for except gas. New owners have workers who are very rude and lie. They are the same owners who own a gastation towards hollysprings. MS, they purchased this store in byhailia and brought their nasty attitude employees with them. Go somewhere else and spend it. I don't recommend this place at all shop at your own risk.

Fedex is the best company if ya want your package sent months later lost or stolen.hate ordering anything and it goes through their olive branch ms location. I'd shut that location down if I was ceo.they know it has a bad rep

If I could give 0 stars i would. This is the worst delivery service ever and have the worst customer service. They don't communicate and have no sense. Get your head out of the GPS and use your eyes to look for mailbox numbers. My package never makes it to my house and takes weeks to get here. I have even been at the end of my driveway waving and jumping and the driver's still drive by because they are looking at their phones. Every time I order something and I see it's fedex delivering the package I get so upset because I know I won't see it for a month.

Wish I could do No Stars! This company needs a complete overhaul. I got the run around on a urgent package for 2 weeks, and never received my package. Each agent said something different and no one could tell me where my package was and when to expect it, Each day they would sày it would arrive that day it was out for delivery, but as I stated I never received the package. It made it to Olive Branch Mississippi and never moved again. I have no idea what's going on over there and it's clear they do not either. How can a company still be up and going when this apparently is a big issue with them. How is it up to the shippér to replace items they misplaced or Stole. Worst customer service ever. Trying to find a higher department to see what is going on.
