Walked in with a 48lb box, prelabeled… greeted and asked it’s for FedEx, replied yes, they took it and set it in the floor, and said thank you…. So very simple, so very polite…. The complete opposite of the excuses and refusal that Walgreens down the street gave to drop off this box.
