I contact olive branch store a girl name Jordan pick up the phone and said they didn’t have any more car tag covers when I called but Southaven located said they had more at the store so before driving all the way to olive branch I live in Collierville so I get to olive branch store Jordan call herself the manager but follow me all around the store as if I’m stealing them began walking up front telling other customers I’m stealing and I paid for my car tag it’s very unprofessional for a so call manager to be following a custom around the store to shop

The associate got mad because I requested nice I want to do my own packing, because she didn't put my stuff right in every bag, she was putting in one bag around more than 25 items. When we finished and walked to the door I said to her - thank you - she just gave me a bad look.- I said to her - I appreciate your help, but it was not a reason being rude and got mad- Was in South Heaven store. We are trying to get a break from Memphis Customer Service - the worst - so apparently it is something proper from this black community.

I felt ever disrespected not being able to check myself out whereas a lady ahead of me who was Caucasian was able to check herself out.

Ingenious idea a store that sales all items for $5 or less, but has trendy, hip merchandise that changes regularly. Think of dollar tree except having things you, your teen, or kid will want.
Update June 16 2024.
No longer sells quality items and most things you may want are $5 or higher prices are going up everywhere no exception here. They installed self check out in this store no long ago, but do not allow you to self check out you must wait on the 1 or at most 2 employees to check you out on the self check out machine. What a Joke. Lines get very long.

I'm have to go to another five below. When I come in here they have one self checkout station open and we are not allowed to check ourselves out. That makes no sense to me. They literally checking us out and giving themselves a high rating and adding a donation to your total even when you say no. I said no I'm fine and she still added a donation. I don't understand why check us out at self-check out? Just open a register and keep a self check open for customers to make things move quicker.

I went 30 minutes before close and the girl with purple hair is rude. She needs to learn to have better customer service. Rushing people to hurry up to leave and having a bad attitude. I understand you want to go ahead and close but no need to be rude. Especially if you’re not doing anything and it’s all run by self checkouts. what a joke. Definitely won’t be coming back.
