Highly recommend. I've used them for years, both for tires and minor repairs. Trustworthy. They don't price gouge you. Fantastic warranty service for flats. I've lost count of how many times they've fixed a flat and never asked for payment.

I had been using Gateway for almost 13 years. The last 2-3 oil changes and another issue is forcing me to look for a new place.1. I once brought my own filters etc and they didn’t want to use them so next time they bought the highest priced ones from their supplier2. I had a flat on a trailer and went there to borrow a portable air tank and the guy said they didn’t have one then I say one next to wall.3. Lastly they didn’t tighten an oil filter and oil dripped out. Luckily I caught it in time. I hate looking for new vendor but I can’t support this

I recently had an emergency with a tire and stopped at the Gateway at Church Rd and Hwy 51 in Southaven and I was treated very badly....night and day difference. I appreciate the olive branch staff!!

Needed to check the my tire pressure today. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. The manager Ty assisted me immediately and asked me to pull into the third bay after he asked what I needed help with. HE then came out himself and checked all my tires!!! I was in and out in five minutes! Such great service!!! Thanks guys ???

*I am not the one who took the car just for clarification * We got 2 ties put on new rims. We had to go back multiple times. Although nice to squeeze us in at the end of the day, we are disappointed. The first trip back was bc they put the wrong weights on the tires. We are talking about a car that is so smooth at 130 I can sleep like a baby. It was rough and bumpy even at 55. The next trip after getting that fixed was bc they didn't program the sensors properly the first time. Each time we went back, there was fussing from the emoyees about how they did it right and blah blah, but now that it's the way it should be, she rides like a dream. Can they do the work? Obviously!! Can they do it all right the first time??....idk but will question if I take my personal car there after this experience with his.

Brought tires in to be put on and they scraped paint off my back bumper getting a tire out from the back. Just goes to show their techs are careless as this was easily avoidable.

Terrible want to get tire fixed and blinker out wanted 59.95 to run diagnostic plus bulb and labor then tire had screw wouldn't fix said tire was to old and bought them there had plenty of tread want ever go there again

The work done was good, but i did have a problem with the lack of knowledge a counter employee asked. Basically i asked the guy about the warrant after spending $500 with the company and he tells me it should be on the back of the receipt??? He proceeded to ask im believing his supervisor about it to give me a better response, but was before the two sit snd stare at a computer screen for one customer while others are walking in.. a little more courtesy would be great because at the end od the day if we, the consumer, dont buy you all product then you dont have a place to work.. Treat me the same way you do all clients..I am disappointed.

I just left there, my experience was not great. And I've never experience this before there. However, I've never been attended to by the gentlemen there today either. A young man in front of me was there about his F-250. I stood in line waiting on him to finish up but then it seemed to take a bit longer, so the worker who was tending to him, said he'll be with me in a moment. I said thank you and sat down because he walked out to the young gentleman's car. Another young man who was also Caucasian walks in, and I'm still sitting there, when I see he's done with the first gentleman I stand up, because I'm next in line and was there before the second young man gets there. He sees me standing there because he had to pass me to get to the other young man and he asked him what could he do for him and totally disregarded me or my place in line. I thought this was very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND PRIVILEGED PERIOD. I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING BECAUSE PART OF MY MOUTH IS STILL NUMB FROM THE DENTIST. AGAIN, THIS WAS SOLELY ON THE WORKER AND IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
