I read reviews before coming to the hotel and I was expecting the worst, but I think it’s jus like any other Hilton/Hampton, I stayed for 3 weeks here
Rooms in general are fine, house keeping staff are nice, same with reception staff although there was a lady who always pretended she never understood my requests and my colleges’ we’re all Latinos and have good english so she was either pretending to be stupid or just racist, very rude lady also I think she was the only white person
The fitness center was fine but the ac did not work correctly, the pool area smells a lot like chlorine
Also in those 3 weeks I think I got my room cleaned 3 times which I did not mind but you might need to request house keeping if you want it more often

Tried to book a room with a group rate and the lady that answered the phone refused. My family reserved a block of rooms in advance. I asked if i can check at a different hotel and give her a call back her response was “oh lord” and hung up in my face. Will not be getting my service AT ALL, VERY RUDE.

We seek out Hampton Inns when we travel as we are rewards members. However, this hotel was a horrible experience. We were treated as an inconvenience to the front desk, my shower was full of mold, and my elderly mother had to change rooms because a scorpion was in her bathroom. There was no acknowledgment of this incident, nor any offer of compensation for the inconvenience this caused my disabled mother. What a disappointment.

Black mold alert! If there was a zero star that would be about right.
For a Hilton Hotel this place is disgusting.
All the hallway and room carpets are dirty and in serious need of replacement
This place is seriously dated

For the price this place is a rip off! Do not stay here!

We had a very poor experience at a different hotel up the street so we stayed here instead. The front desk clerk, Deonca, was super sweet and helpful. She displayed exceptional customer service. Room was clean, location is great with shopping next door and several restaurants to choose from. We stay in the area often for work so we will definitely be back!

We loved the room! Great temperature control, the bed was comfortable, it was very clean. The indoor pool was a little cool, but it was refreshing to us, and we enjoyed it. The water pressure in the shower was terrible! Maybe it would improve if they replaced the shower head. The breakfast was amazing! My husband and I thought it was the second best we have ever had in a hotel. It's definitely worth the price. I loved the mini fridge and microwave, and they had lots of extra towels already in the room. It's close to Walmart, a few restaurants and a very lovely park that we visited.
Walkability: There is a Walmart within walking distance and a large park close by.

Room and location were good and staff was friendly. We had an incidence where my boyfriend paid with his credit card at check-in and when we checked out they charged my credit card, which is the one on the Hilton account. After several months of my boyfriend disputing the charges with his credit card company, I received a phone call from the Olive Branch manager Arsh. He was extremely helpful it finding the extra charge and getting my boyfriends credit card refunded. Arsh restored my faith in Hilton and specifically Hampton Inn locations. They have always been consistently good rooms with helpful, friendly staff. Thank you, Arsh, for all the work you did to rectify this matter.

10-12-24 COLD COLD FREEZING COLD INDOOR POOL in October. This is ridiculous as this was main reason for us staying at this location. I specifically called the Friday before we arrived to assure pool heater turned on and funtioning. I was repeatedly assured it was working and warm. Fast forward to Friday 4 pm Check-in: Nope, the pool temp was ice cold. Someone was sent to check it out, they turned it on. Said, it wouldn't take long. Not warm at 5. 6, or 7. By 8 pm, still chilly by only the teen grandkids braved the still chilly water but jumped around in water to maintain heat. There feet were pyBY 8am Saturday water was slightly warm and got my teen grandkids up for breakfast, but by 11 am the pool was again cool. Many thanks to Mr. Tommy, the hotel maintenance king who fixed the pool heater and restored grandkids happiness, including the 4 year old.
The housekeepers and breakfast server were friendly and worked so hard.

Risk not.
I say you can really roll the dice on making a reservation at a Hampton inn in the south. Why, because many of the first ones built were in the south and they show their age. This one had been recently renovated. It was clean and in great repair. Stay here with confidence.

Had an issue with the air in the middle of the night. It just quit. It was too hot to sleep. The front desk attendance didn't care one bit. Just said "thanks for letting me know". I was expecting more than that. I always stay at Hampton Inns, this was a terrible experience.

We usually seek out Hampton Inn. This is the first terrible experience we have had. The thermostat didn't work, the bathroom was disgusting and the room smelled musty. We checked in very late expecting the standard Hampton experience, but we're sorely disappointed. The employee had the front desk didn't care, whatsoever and offered nothing to remedy the situation. Save your money and go elsewhere. Hopefully Hilton has something better to say when they get my complaint!

I have no complaints about this hotel. The room was very clean. The price was great and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was delish too. Great location.
