Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Olive Branch, MS for our family reunion. The service was excellent — big thanks to Toni, Stan, and Evelyn for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

attended the headstart conference recently and
was so impressed with the banquet team of Toni, Evelyn, and Martha. the check-in, room assignments, food service, and extras like printing documents made this conference experience so smooth, it was a pleasure.

I recently attended an event at this location and had the best time thanks to two of the workers there. Toni and Evelyn were phenomenal. They made sure that we were comfortable and had any and everything we needed. I will definitely be back!

Family reunion location was perfect! I had a great time with family and friends I haven’t seen in forever. The front desk lady Rosha was very helpful with suggesting places in the area. The banquet staff was on point Friday/ Saturday. Stan, Toni and Evelyn rock!

$689 for 3 nights!!! Only tell me they have King beds left when booking. Then on property, the rooms are not ready at check in time. Them they suddenly have other rooms available at the same rate. Funny how that works all of a sudden. 2 people at counter and i neither of them said a simple "Hello". Then finally getting inside the room, the toilet was clogged. Not worth the more than $200 / night. Oh, and they said this was a special price of 25% off. So, 3 nights would normally be more than $900 or $300/night. I've traveled a lot and have stayed in many hotels. This by far is the worst ROI for what was paid. The only reason I'm here is due to the proximity to work. Stay somewhere more reasonable between cost and accommodations.Noteworthy details: Too expensive for the issues already. Not worth $230/night especially when your normal pricing is far below this.

Got two rooms so kids could go swimming and got here and it’s the nastiest pool I’ve ever seen. The smell was mixture of mold and swamp water. 2 of 4 kids wouldn’t even get in.

This was a nice place. It was clean and very well maintained. The lobby area is more elegant than a typical hotel.My room was nice and fairly quiet. What I liked was the ability to completely darken the room. The roll-down shade made the room so dark it was easy to sleep till done.I thought $15.00 for breakfast was a bit over the top...A nice visit. There is a full bar in the lobby.

I have stayed here a few times in the last year. It is very clean for the most part. But I have had issues with room not ready when getting here and the lastest yesterday was the system did not run my credit card so I could not use my digital key to check in and had to go to the desk.After I finally get in my room, I go to roll down my black out shade, and when I do I discover there is nothing there but some broken strings. I proceed to the desk and tell them. They have an employee come with me to my room # 202 about nine at night to look at it. It was laying in the window seal rolled up with duct tape holding it. They tell me it will be fixed the next morning and to take my cash/valuables with me. I do. Get back to my room later that day and they have not even been in the room to fix it. East morning sun sucks when you try to sleep.Topping it off, they had catfish and French fries special the night I got here so I order it. Bartender proceeds to tell me they do no have chicken tenders, French fries, tater tots or hush puppies. So I tell them I want sautéed broccoli and zucchini. I get a bowl of broccoli and carrots!. The Bartender then tells me they have a truck coming the next day. That is not doing me any good I want food I can eat and enjoy.Next time I think I am going to try the Marriot that is next door. These rooms cost to much for the headaches and excuses I get FROM Paris and her family
