Jonathan was very helpful. We were looking for a specific configuration with multiple dealerships for almost a year, and Jonathan let us know as soon as he found one was on its way. When it arrived, the process was fairly simple. Ny wife was sick, so wasn’t able to go to the dealership to sign the papers, Jonathan brought them to our house and waited outside while she signed them, and then took them back to the office. My daughter visited the website and talked with Megan. She was a great help and when we arrived a young man named Brandon greeted us. He became the sale person and showed us around and we test drove our new car. He was very well versed on the car he told us about it. Inside and out. He answered any question we had. Once we made our choice he handled getting everything in order. Very quick and easy he handed us off to finance then came back once done and took us out to a detailed car filled with gas. He gave us the keys and once again went over the car with us. Best service ever and friendly people.Great Job!!!!

I had the best experience at Homer Skelton Hyundai. My salesman Barry Hildreth was extremely professional and made the experience one that I will always remember. He assisted in locating the Palisade and even offered to secure a vehicle to my exact requirements from a different dealership within 250 miles. I was able to secure a vehicle that fit my needs on the premises and he insured that it was detailed and available to take home in record time. I would highly recommend Barry and this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

This was our first time ever buying a new car and we worked with Chris Huffman and he was great. He made sure the process was seamless and he took great care of us from the moment we walked on the lot. We ended up trading in our old car and he took care of everything for us with that at well. Everyone we worked with in the financing office was great too. Out of all of our car buying experiences, this was by far the fastest, easiest, and least stressful experience we have ever had. We would not hesitate to go back again for our next car.

Devin Depriest (our contact) gave us an smooth no nonsense experience. He had answers to any and all our questions and provided pros and cons to different cars as it related to what we were looking for. The support staff (managers, Lamar w/ Finance) also provided a welcoming experience.

Review Edit: I bought this vehicle three months ago. In the first month, I noticed a cranking noise from the left rear door and pointed this to the service dept., sales person, and manager as well. After five visits with unable to rectify the issue, they finally ordered parts for replacement and told me that they'll give a call back in a week once parts are received. It's been a month with no update, I have called the service dept. this morning, and they told me that they don't have an estimation date for parts arrival. I can't blame this dealership totally, but to blame the Hyundai corporate for selling me a defective piece.It's been 6 months, and still your service department hasn't rectified the issue yet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to short staffing and busy dealer, we did not get to leave until almost 11pm, and had a 4 hour drive even though the dealer was made aware of this and asked us repeatedly if we planned on getting a hotel.Gave us a 7 day tag, which is not enough for a out of state sale. They keep saying they will send another but it has been 2 weeks.One of the key fobs was dead, they did not replace battery, and it still does not work after replacing battery.

Purchased vehicle July 5, 2023 in Olive Branch MS, I asked for my tags to be transferred at the beginning l don't know what is going on because my tags still have not transferred and it's been a little over six weeks. Chris the General Manager is and has been dodging me because he has not attempted to reach out to me with an update, Chris that is very unprofessional. I reached out to the sales person Kim, she usually responds but she didn't today. All I want is for my tags to be transferred to Shelby County along with my refund, it's not that hard I don't know what the real problem is. Mr. Edwards did what he wanted to do after I gave him all the documentation he needed to Transfer my tags.

The product, a Tucson, was just what we wanted. However, the staff at Homer Skelton sealed the deal for us. They could not have been any more knowledgeable of the product or attentive to my wife and me during and after the purchase of the vehicle.I will shop here first from now on.

I am trying my best not to fault this dealership because I truly understand the shortage of help, but as a customer I can’t help, but to be extremely frustrated. My 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport has been parked in my driveway for months waiting for a replacement engine due to Hyundai’s known oil consumption issue. After months of testing I was finally approved for the replacement. I then went from being #15 on the list to #28. The car is not able to be driven at all at this point! I’ve only received an update call once. Any other time I’ve had to reach out to the dealership myself just to make sure they haven’t forgotten about me, seeing as though my car isn’t even up there. Though I have been given a rental car that did not come without me having to unfortunately become disgruntled with a manager. It was not initially offered to me. In fact I had been told for months prior that there were no loaner vehicles available. Everyone has been nice and I understand as an employee their hands are tied, but if labor is truly the issue Corporate needs to send this dealership some help. No one should be paying for a vehicle that they can’t drive!!

If you are in the market for a new car call Chris Huffman, he is the best sales agent I have ever worked with. I drove all the way from Little Rock to purchase from him vs. buying locally. His follow up since January has been great!
