Hotel DeSoto is a modern, clean, and quiet hotel located close to the airport and Memphis. The rooms are nice, not dated, and comfortable with amazing showers, fridges, microwaves, and flat tops. Many guests find it a great and reasonable place to stay, pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. The customer service is often described as extremely friendly, warm, welcoming, and warming, making guests feel like family. The check-in process is easy. However, the hotel is very strict about checkout times, which can lead to hassle. The provided brown bag breakfast is not up to standard. There have also been issues with front parking being blocked. The hotel is considered safe, but some guests recommend checking out early to avoid problems.
