Kroger usually has everything I need. Never any staff to help you find something, and I am having to get used to self check out.

Need another Olive branch location. After a so called update this store is the worse Kroger ever. Poorly managed. Absolutely unbelievable how long this update has taken. Food next to each making no sense, same food located in 2 separate locations. I can go on and on. Dont believe me go waste your time and see for yourself. Still terrible in 2023.....fast forward 2024. Still the worst Kroger ever. Managed by who knows. Weekends are busy but they choose to not open hardly any check out lines

They stole my card number at the kroger olive branch location and bought 150.00 of groceries and gas, how is this even possible-do you not ask for I.D. on a non card purchase???????????????????????? I have never!!! shopped there EVER! I have purchased 1x gas at the kroger olive branch location and thats when it happened! You better investigate your potential employees BEFORE you hire! Abhor you!!!

This is the worst customer service Kroger has in the US. I went to the Kroger in Olive Branch, MS today for passport money order. They have the most un-professional people at the counter. They are rude and un-professional. Kroger corporate office needs to investigate this location.

I like kroger but the have prices on merchandise then its a deffrent price when u cash out walmart is the same way .when it says 4.99. Then its 9.99. Its over the price shown prices are to high.

Every experience here has been flat out terrible. The most poorly ran Kroger I’ve ever seen. There is absolutely zero concern about shopper experience by management. Stay away!!!!!

this cashier destiny is so amazing!! even though the store maybe a mess she was awesome! she was smiling and she helped me with my digital coupon, i didn’t even have the app but she stayed with me the entire time!!!!!!!! if y’all go here make sure you ask for destiny!!!!!!

Just had a grocery cart lock up on me....never mind the fact that I had checked out with a cashier and had the receipt in my hand. I was furious ..a store employee tells me to calm down and she'll unlock it. How about Kroger emplota enough staff so that they don't need to rely on technology that is unfriendly to their customers!! I'm done with them and Walmart. From now on I'm shopping at Piggly Wiggly and other stores where they have cashiers, bag persons and other friendly courteous staff or on line. Stores that don't offer great customer service are no longer getting my hard earned dollars

Kroger has gone down hill tremendously, I used to work there at that location but after being shot at and forced to work for 6 weeks with no pay after they had me arrested for god knows what. A coworker accused me of being a shooter or bomber or something, all the charges were dropped and sealed, I try to avoid it. Because some of the employees and customers are dangerous, so I don't shop there anymore. But I work near by so that is why the GPS system thinks that I went there.
