We’re here to help! The store is clean and offers a wide selection of products. Customers appreciate the helpful and polite employees who are willing to assist, even during busy times. For example, a delivery person went above and beyond by carrying heavy garden items into a yard and helping a gardener with a load, showing great kindness. Although some customers find the store occasionally under staffed, employees like Tracy provide helpful advice and excellent service. There are occasional issues such as items not being in their correct locations, which can cause some frustration. Overall, Lowe’s is considered the best big box store in the area, with consistently good staff and a good shopping experience.

Overpriced sub par everything. Stuffs not in it's locations you'll spend 45 min trying to find what you need cause it's lot in it's allocated position

The store is clean but some of the staff try to avoid you and it makes it seem that they don't want to do work. I walked the entire store and not a single person asked if I needed help. The young lady that loaded a pickup item was very nice.
