The owner and her daughter provide incredibly sweet service. Beyond fuel and snacks, Oasis Fuel is a destination for food. The Jamaican food on Sunday is the magnetic draw, with a Jamaican chef doing a magnificent job. Menu highlights include the Rasta Pasta, described as creamy, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection, along with Brown Stewed Chicken dinner, beef patties with a delicious flaky crust, jerk chicken, oxtails, baked mac n' cheese, and meat pies.
