Kept my unit for over 7 months to fix cosmetic damage. Declined battery service because the battery that was in the unit was brand new, 2 weeks old. Called and said my unit was ready. I show up, they tell me the battery is bad so the unit won’t crank and I declined the battery service so they can’t help me. Then one of the mirrors that was ordered on the invoice wasn’t installed and hadn’t even been ordered. Now I have to bring my unit back up there whenever the mirror comes in and I’m still left with a $380 bad battery because it sat for 7 MONTHS.
If you’re looking for decently timed mechanic work on your unit, look elsewhere.

Honda answers right away. transfer over to Polaris dealership. They won't answer the phone. Multiple times, I tried to call, terrible business

I was greeted when I walked in and directed to the parts counter. Employee was sitting on a ATV talking so I stood by for them to finish. He finished he walked up to the counter and started talking to another employee that just walked up a few mins passed and he walked away to grab the phone. Stood there for a while and just left I’ll just order the part over the internet. Very disappointed from the looks of the building I would expect better service. I won’t be back.

Provided good service for me so far, the girl in back with Suzuki works hard and seems to genuinely care. Not so helpful on the sales side from my experience.

I bought new Can am .. It has keep breaking down since day one. ask for replacement or my money back week later and was denied by Phil.. Beware dont buy anything there.. they will not stand up for their products..

They are great helped me out a lot saved me over 20,000.00 I really appreciate what they have done they work fast and they will never tell you something is wrong with your equipment that’s really not… they are here to help you out and save you money I love them! Will recommend them to everybody you will be happy! I have a Ryker, X3 maverick turbo and a 1000 can am Xmr outlander! Got them all from them at a great price brand new!

Tish and Jonathan were great! Tish kept me informed of the missing components and even when I went up there to get some measurements, she told me that she received a shipment of parts without even asking. If you are in the market for an atv or sxs I highly suggest dealing with these 2 great people.
