My husband and I walked in to buy a part of a four wheeler so a lady took us to the back, and this old white man was on this computer it was around 1pm (they close at 3) he said he would not help us order the part online because his computer was already turned off. Please get people who actually want to work. Idk if he was being racist because we are Hispanic but I felt it that way since he was not even looking at us or trying to help out at all.

Called 13 times over an entire day, finally got someone. Left messages on all lines from sales, parts, service and even finance… no one called back. The girl that ended up answering the phone for parts didn’t know what a solenoid was and couldn’t care less that I had been calling all day. Told her about my experience and all she had to say was “ok” and hung up on me. Pathetic excuse for a Motorsport store with absolutely zero customer service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Finance manager sold us the warranty and service package and now we cannot get them to work on anything. They refuse to honor any of the warranty package or service package they sold us. They have been nothing but rude to us after the purchase!! Dan, the service manager — worst service manager in MS. Reported to Polaris. Never had such terrible service after a purchase before in our life! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Management are nice southern folks but they seem to have no structure. They lack efficiency and time management. Not sure if it's because lack of employees. It surely can't be the production side of it. MJ is by far the best OB rep. When you call, the customer representative always answers but when you get transferred...0. If all could be like her, this place would get 5 stars. Shift gears OB motorsports!!!!

Stopped by to view a few atvs. This place is not a welcoming facility. Employees walked pass me and didn’t speak. It took a salesman almost 10 min to recognize I was on the market shopping for an ATV. I will never visit this location again. Employees are not friendly at all. Not a very good customer experience. I would not recommend.

Kept my unit for over 7 months to fix cosmetic damage. Declined battery service because the battery that was in the unit was brand new, 2 weeks old. Called and said my unit was ready. I show up, they tell me the battery is bad so the unit won’t crank and I declined the battery service so they can’t help me. Then one of the mirrors that was ordered on the invoice wasn’t installed and hadn’t even been ordered. Now I have to bring my unit back up there whenever the mirror comes in and I’m still left with a $380 bad battery because it sat for 7 MONTHS.
If you’re looking for decently timed mechanic work on your unit, look elsewhere.

Great shop with a wide selection of machines. Excellent parts counter. Floor staff is super chill and not pushy. I enjoyed getting to see and sit in all the latest offroad rigs and that they have multiple brands of rides to choose from.

I wouldn’t buy anything from these folks. I spent an entire afternoon trying to buy an ATV from them and then was informed I couldn’t buy it due to a deposit being down on it already. They could have told me this a few hours earlier. If they had communicated it to me I would have had my afternoon back and saved me a lot of hassle. Terrible communication and bad business leadership skills. Worst run business I have ever dealt with. I was then contacted by the owner apologizing and said she would send me a quote on a new unit they had in the back and guess what……..crickets……imagine that

Worst place to get your bike or atv fixed. They take months to fix it, recharge you for parts they mess up, overcharge all together and lie about fixing wht u brought it in for then they tell you they charging you extra for keeping it longer than they expected to fix it. Total RIP OFF

I purchased a 2019 Can-Am Outlander 650 and a 2021 Can-Am Outlander 1000 on 4/1/2023 for 24,425. There was no warranty offered on either unit; On April 15, 2023 while riding the transmission stopped pulling. This ATV was displayed with 3 others outside the front of the business on 4/1/2023. This is a certified service center for Can-am and this wasn't a new problem, this unit should have went thru service after it was traded in before it went to the sales floor. We were told that it did and in fact the sales person stated that they adjusted the gear shift and didn't do it correctly, and asked the person with me (he is a mechanic ) if that was something he could do himself. When the transmission went out I was told that it had never been to service at all. So the issue was there and I was lied to about what it was. When I call nobody answers the phone and I've repeatedly asked for a copy of my contract and haven't gotten a response yet. I was only given 3 papers when it was purchased. I actually only signed 2-3 pages. I'm certain that the finance officer signed for me on a lot of them. I was never given a chance to read anything. This is bad business.
