I was somewhat satisfied with the service that I received here. The employees here seemed less than competent, but were at least willing to offer assistance. Those are primary considerations when deciding where to buy parts and other things for my vehicle. It's best to know exactly what you need before visiting the store, then just tell them what the part number is. They'll either have it in stock, or order the part for later delivery at the store.O'Reilly is generally a good chain. Two and a half stars, rounded up to three.

I tried advanced auto parts and autozone trying to get my key battery changed and they weren’t able to help me because they didn’t have the right screwdriver. After 5 min here I was good to go!

Customer service was great the gentleman's there was very knowledgeable about Automobiles and the warranties I must say on entering the facility I heard one gentleman explain a life warranty vs a limited warranty on front brake pads he replaced 3 times. The gentleman that helped me diagnosed my battery that was bad and else I was returning the old battery into the store the previous customer dropped their wallet and I point it out to him and he knew exactly who the guy was that dropped it he described him and said he will be able to contact him from the information he had so he could return the wallet back to him great job
