Worst experience ever! The customer service was horrible. The employees were rude, and they are not professional. Do yourself a favor, take your money elsewhere and go somewhere else.

I never leave reviews but people should be aware. This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The salon is dirty, customer service is awful. I went in for a dip manicure and came out with dip and gel on top which bled over on my cuticles on every finger. My nails were misshapen and a couple were broken; an extremely sloppy job. I had to get this corrected the very next day at another nearby salon. The polish would not come off! There is more that I can say but I’ll end with: do not come here. Go anywhere

I made my appointment at 10am and was seated instantly. The girl who did my nails (I believe her name was Rosa, not 100% sure) was amazing, making sure she wasn’t hurting me while filing my nails down and offered me refreshments as soon as I walked in. Will definitely be going here again!

My mother and sister go here and they love this place. Paradise nails does a great job on manicures and also pedicures. I will occasionally go here to get my feet cleaned. Men have to keep their appearance up too for the ladies. Friendly service and give many deals

Scheduled an appointment online for 930am, got a text confirmation for my appointment. Get there at 930(when they open) no one was there and the lights were off. No big ppl run late, sat there for 20 mins and no one showed up so I went across the street and had my nails done instead! Will not be trying to go here again.

I went to Paradise Nails Wednesday morning, I got my nails done by Joe, when I went to pay he said it was $45, I used my credit card, when I went to my car I noticed on my receipt $53.10, he gave himself a $8.10 tip without my permission.I was intending to leave a cash tip because there are several signs in the place that saids they prefer cash tips, but he took it upon hisself to take it illegally. I am now working the band to dispute this charge.

Requested style: I requested to have a fill in done on my natural medium length nails and ended up having to request for another technician afterwards. The first tech messed up my acrylics, polish and I had to leave with round tips instead of square tips. Too many people are having poor service done by these people. Take your money to someone who actually likes you and tend to your concerns instead of a place who shows favoritism amongst others. Please believe the reviews and save your time, emotions and funds by going to a place that will do it right the first time. They will cut you pretty natural nails off or damage them so bad to the point they'll need filing down to your skin. I always get my tips squared but left with round nails trimmed to my skin when I tried this place.

First red flag is when I walked in as for a pedicure they immediately sent me down in the chair without asking what kind of pedicure I want. Then they immediately began scraping the dead skin off the bottom of my feet before even taking the old polish off. I asked him to stop because of course it hurt because my feet weren’t soaked prior to doing this. He proceeded to do the pedicure, cut my nails all the way down without asking, and then proceeded to polish my nails without cleaning the cuticles or underneath the nails. Then asked if there was someone else that could help me. There was no one else to help me. The man then proceeded to scrape the bottom of my feed after he already put a ton of oil up my legs and my feet then he realized he was unable to scrape the feet with the oil on it so then I had to put just my heels back in the water for him to take off the oil and then scrape my feet again. The polish was horrible. Disappointed in the service I got I’m a mom three and I don’t get out of the house much. This is my relaxation time and I hate that I have to pay
