You shipped my 3 item order with only one item in it. And charged me for all three items!Will never order from Petco again because the store manager refused to even look at the order. Said online orders had nothing to do with the store. She could not help me. So, I can’t help your business anymore.02/14/24I also had my Minature Yorkie groomed. I was very upset with the service. My Yorkie”s hair was gapped all over and the shampoo job wasPitiful. When I arrived to pick her up, she was whining and sounded like she was being in pain. I started to through the gate when a rude employee told me to stay behind the gate at all times! I will never allow Petco to touch another one of my pets!2/14/24.

Went today looking for low fat treats. Got to the register, asked the girl about crude fat in the treats. All I got was " I don't know ". She didn't try to find out from someone else. You would think you would know the products if you work there. Bought the treats anyway, looked up the information I needed online myself. Will go elsewhere next time.

I'm in here a few times a month, and I always have my dog, Rocco, with me. Some of the employees know my dog by name and he loves the attention he gets from them. I also appreciate that everyone I've encountered there has been super helpful and friendly.

I had a bad experience with the grooming at Petco in Olive Branch MS. First off Brittany called and left me a voicemail the day of the appointment and said that she was getting off at 6:00 PM and not 6:30 PM. My appointment time was 4:30-6:30 so she wanted to reschedule for an earlier time, as stated on their site a customer has to give a 24 hour notice before rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment, which should be the same policy as Petco employees keeping an appointment that was set days prior to the appointment when the time was available to schedule.I was able to get off work a little earlier than I had planned so that I could make it to one of the other available times- which I tried to call about to discuss what time to I could be there, I was willing to work with them- however even after leaving a voicemail I was not able to speak with Brittany to reschedule. I went ahead and drove up there and made it a little before 4:00 PM which was one of the available times. When I arrived an employee came out and asked me if they could help me to which I explained the situation that I was in, that was when she appeared to be talking to someone else and said “it’s yours”, that was when Brittany came out and from the beginning was rude and looking for every reason not to groom my dog. You could tell that she felt like we were inconveniencing her and whatever she was doing in the back.I am new to having a puppy and I use Petco for all of my needs for her. I was looking forward to allowing Petco to groom her, but after this experience Petco has lost my business.

The young guy helping in the fish area was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and extremely patient and helpful! He knows what fish work well together, what will compliment your fish tank, and the best way to advance your tank. I will for sure continue to go to this petco.

I can never find dog food for my pitbull here. Everytime I go in or go online they always out of purina pro plan wet food. It's crazy to me I even check other locations and they be out. And I literally check every day because my dog needs his food. Idk if it's a shortage or they not getting shipment but this is getting ridiculous that I haven't been able to get his food since April. And I had to buy two cases to last him. So now I probably will have to try pet smart or Amazon ??♀️

Alex was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He gave options that best fit our needs for the grandkids new pets. He took the time to answer, not only my questions, but those of my 6 and 8 year old grandsons. I had bad experiences in the past and decided not to visit this particular store for awhile. This visit restored my trust in the quality service typically received with Petco.

Petco was great. I routinely take my grandsons to McDonald's first, then Petco since they are in same shopping center. My grands always enjoy looking at all the colorful fish, snakes, lizards, parakeet, guinea pig, and they can see the dogs through the glass while they are being groomed. It is always an exciting outing for them.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I brought in my 1 year old dog for a bath and grooming appointment (the stylist was Brittany R) and two days later I noticed his right eye was bloodshot. I immediately took him to the vet and the first thing they asked me was if he had gone to a groomer recently. I was told he had a subconjunctive hemorrhage which happened from being choked by the leash they use. I am beyond upset by this place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.

They didn't have the cat food I was looking for in the store but could have ordered it online. They have some good deals but mostly everything is overpriced. My daughter was able to get the crickets she needed. We go every other week for those. The cashier was very friendly and helpful and the store was very clean.

Such awesome people that means a lot while working on your beloved pet. I believe this was my 4th visit and I also got my son to take their dog there and they did a wonderful job on him.

Traci is absolutely wonderful with my little dachshunds. She has been grooming them for the entirety they have been coming.They love her BIG!

Store was very warm and couldn't find any help. 2 associates were cleaning out fish tanks while other associates stayed in the back out entire visit there.
