I've been going here for 6+ years. Ann is my personal nail tech. She's truly gifted w/doing nails/designs. Not only that, her and Tom (her husband) know how to build relationships w/their customers. They are like family to me. ❤️

DC have fallen off and can come off rude the man Tom and all the Anne’s cause it’s about 3 Anne’s in the building whenever they’re there. There’s an older slender woman that will half do a basic pedicure and have the nerve to ask do you want a deluxe. Well get the basic down packed first cause why would I pay more and still get less, and they’re kind of pushy on services, so either way it go you get less customer service sucks, pedicures suck even more and prices are not visible. If Anne who does nails do your feet you can’t walk the next day because she is so rough. Once before a new lady did my manicure and it was horrible to the point I told Tom and he told me to come back and boy Anne was so rude she trimmed my cuticles dry, so they don’t like for you to complain about services you’re paying for and expect a tip at the end. Treat people the way you want to be treated DC

All I wanted was a fill, no polish no nothing, They charged me $25. I was furious, been getting my nails done for years and in all my times I have never paid $25 for just a fill. I would have given them zero stars if I could. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THEIR DOOR AGAIN!!!

This was the 3rd strike. I received a full set refill 1 week ago. The gel polish is peeling, my middle fingernail has fallen off and both thumbs have crumbled. The young man didn't seem interested in providing excellent customer service. And the prices are ridiculous compared to the service. I am very disappointed.
