I'll just say this. Don't trust any higher up, don't trust anyone in their C-Suite. The amount of Medicare Fraud and inconsistent policies were too much. I had a great team until the big wigs money got funny. So much lying and favoritism for those that do exactly as they say. If you value integrity at an establishment whose sole purpose is to provide a service to our elderly, then Precision Life Sciences is not the place to work. The stories I could tell you and the stuff that went on behind closed doors. No I'm not one of those bitter employees because I really was down to help this place grow. Please believe, I'm sure I was the last person they believed would give them a bad review. I didn't, I gave them an honest one. I can't make anyone not utilize their services, you will learn first hand when you choose to let them run your labs. *The system really needs to allow for a 0 Star option or a way to give them a negative review*

Worse lab I've ever worked at . Full of drama and prejudice. Turn over rate high . No one there knows what they are doing . Bad samples . I never got a full paycheck due to no hours . Don't be fooled by there nice smiles it's all a show due to being desperate to hire someone. Don't waste your time here . Run

Just like the name implies, precision is the forefront of this company. I’ve worked in many facets and corners of the medical laboratory space. And I can say unequivocally that this is one of the best organizations I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The C-Suite is one of the most professional and integrity driven group of people I’ve encountered in all my years of laboratory in the private sector. Quality staff is always a priority, and never compromised just to put warm bodies in a lab to fill up space. Patient care is at the forefront and driver of everything done. And anything that may infract on that is quickly eliminated.
