Today is 12/11/24 time 9:15pm. I placed a curbside order because my I stepped off the bus his morning the wrong way and my knee won't bend, swollen and it hurts to walk on it. I called in to a manager named nathan because my order never came out and he said we don't do curbside and asked me to come in. I told him I couldn't, it was too painful and asked him to cancel my order. He hung up in my face right after saying ok.. I give it a second because I really did not have a problem with him telling me they don't do it, the problem came with him hanging up in my face. Mind u i was just here lastnight with a tall light-skinned african American man on the register and I went inside because I had not hurt my knee until this morning. I called back in and told him that my order was still pending and not canceled like he said before he hung up in my face. He then said there is no cancel button and I have to come inside for a refund. What part of my knee is hurt did he not understand? Customer service has truly gone down at quiktrip and there in no way he should be a manager. I will be calling corporate in the morning. Dont offer us something through the app if your workers don't want to do the job that they are paid to do.
Guess what I never git my refund. Thi is the second store in there franchise that refused to do a curbside and I wasn't refused refunded. The other one was in South Carolina

Nice place to stop for gas and coffee the staff and managers are very helpful and professional will recommend this place and will definitely visit it again

You cannot find truck parking here because local people park here. Seems like Quick Trip rented the parking to locals. Clean restrooms, coffee was good.

Although usually stop at Quiktrip is very pleasant whoever decided to put in a coffee dispensary this computer generated made a big mistake. It’s too hard to work too complicated and I had to leave there and go buy coffee at Starbucks.

Can only give this 3 stars, whoever designed this one wasn’t thinking, putting the truck entrance on a no truck road, the sign say $1,000 dollar fine for trucks on that road, now trucks have to go in and out the exit, which makes it a mess during busy hours

Well I have no problem with any of the locations it’s just every other visit I have fueling problems you have my account information but I always seem to not be able to get my discount that’s the purpose of me giving you all my personal information and that’s something I just don’t do! And then when you call the manager for there help you get nothing as well it’s so frustrating I’m really thinking of going back to FlyJ and Loves I’ve given you a few months and I just am not pleased right now!!

I feel welcomed here but sometimes the gas is out of service. I will be on the look for long lasting gas because according to this location it is never available at certain pumps there will always be a diesel ⛽ and my car can't take that. I found some pug sunglasses and bought a pack of air fresheners. The people are okay one day but dead inside the next day. It's a back n forth environment especially when it comes to the gas pumps. I be trying to make a quick stop but not if the gas is low and the service is out.

I had an encounter with a worker by the name of Draiven. He was very rude and thought that it was fine to put my receipt down on a nasty countertop even though my hand was extended out for it.

I love this QT and stop at it daily since my job is just down the road. It’s always clean and the staff is very friendly and personal. The food is always good but depending on who is in the kitchen depends on how fast/slow or wrong/right the order is.
I knocked off 1-star because for such a new place, stuff seems to breakdown a decent amount or common cold case items go out of stock really fast or just isn’t stocked.
Overall though, it’s a good place. Make sure to try a chicken bacon ranch grilled cheese!

The made to order food is absolutely incredible, but every single one of the young guys acts like they couldn’t care less to make your order. They move as slow as a sloth. They seem more worried about acting cool than they do about making customer happy. The ladies do a great job. They are quick on their feet. Please hurry up guys. Seriously. 5 stars though because the food is great

It was nice when it first opened. The frozen coffee hasn't worked in months and now half the frozen sodas are broken too. The donuts are always stale. The people are friendly though.
